this is a tough question. I like so many desserts.
Favorite cookie: either gingerbread or apple cinnamon oatmeal cookies Favorite cake: Black Forest Cake Favorite pie: Pumpkin Pie
I also like donuts a lot... especially when made with potato flour.
Unfortunately, most pastries are made with eggs which I don't eat so I have to make my own pastries {which I am often too lazy to do... I have been pastry-less for a while cry }

Oh, I forgot to say:
We have a family recipie for Molasses cookies that was created by my Great-Aunt Thelma.... there's only 3 PEOPLE THAT KNOW THIS RECIPIE! Me, my Mum and my sister. When we all go, the receipe goes with us! These molasses cookies taste completely different than others of their kind, softer with more of a molasses bite to them. Yummy!

COOOOKIIIEEESSS!!!!!!
The best cookies are the lovely soft ones - no crunchieness for me, thank you.
Best cookie in the world is choc chip.
Other excellent puddings are creme brulee, lemon meringue pie, and syrup sponge pudding. Mmmmmmmm!

My oatmeal raisin cookies are getting better every time I make them. This past week when I soaked the raisins in the egg and vanilla I added some rum as a little pick me up to the raisins. What a difference the flavor made.
I adore ethnic cookies. Try making German Lieb cookies. Very tasty.

I love pastries in general: cookies, cakes, pies, you name it!
My last roommate made these pumpkin chocolate chip cookies that were to die for. I don't know how she made them (it was a secret), but they were absolutely wonderful.
