Side Veiw Trouble

Yes, I know there are a TON of mistakes on all the other pics, but I'm specifically looking for help on the side veiw. It's circled. ^^
The reason why I used this picture is because it's the only current side veiw that I have scanned. Anyway, please help! And if you know any good websites/tutorials that can help me, feel free to post em'! It would be much appritiated!

well the things that i can see wrong there is

1.- the ears are too high, think in the glasses, if nesesary draw them to guide yourself and then erase them if you dont like them

2.- the nose, its a little too "near" the face, i would suggest that you make it more... pointy or something like that

i like the eyes, eyebrowns and hair its pretty nice
