Ferals:
An organized gang dedicated on controlling the food produce in the Bio area. Delve in gun-trades, food importing, smuggling and services. They fund themselves with petty crimes, safety payments and favours to other factions. With arms up to match they can hold against the more eager militias and rival gangs trying to take over the Bio area.
Note: If one proves to be nice to them, they are nice too. razz

How would the Ferals be different from the Freemen League?

They could be a subfaction within the Freeman's League, since the League's made up of a bunch of smaller gangs really.

Well that's why you play ball with the Agro. You scratch my back and get me fifty cases of fresh veggies, and I'll see what I can do about that boss who's breathing down your neck and keeping you from getting a promotion on your part of the Bio.
Don't need to TECHNICALLY take it over, but you can just slide a little bit of this here and there and you're good really.
But this is all stuff that could be within The Freeman's League, cause that's technically what they do.

It is reasonable request to have Ferals under the Freemen League, and I accept it.
Fish, why bother with the Agro if you can get it cheaper from Ferals? And it is a clean trade rather than greasy corruption thingy. razz

Because you're a new guy who hasn't been around that long in the Underworld, Tony may not trust you, or just despise you and think of you as a rival and someone to be eradicated.
And of course, corruption's much more fun to enact than just a regular deal. XD

It might be good for chaotic characters.

I've already developed an idea for a private military security force, Darkstar. They're basically a PMC that operates on the ship, acting as both a police and military group, providing security, and acting as peacekeepers and, when necessary, peacemakers.
