Ideas to make BHG better: There are already quite a few contests that take place here, but perhaps a couple more wouldn't hurt.
If you see someone bugging someone else in the guild, maybe just joking but is still constantly harassing this person, what would you do? Send the instigator a message and tell them that their behavior is uncalled for and ask them to please stop.
You see a member using lots of foul language, what would you do? Send them a message informing them that a curse here or there is acceptable, but excessive profanity is unnecessary.
How are you good at relating with people? I can usually find something to talk about with everyone.
Are there members in this guild you dislike? I've never met anyone here that I didn't like.
If so, how do you handle interacting with them? If I were to meet someone that I didn't like I would still try to make civil conversation with them.

Describe your personality: I'm pretty friendly, and can get along with just about everyone. I've got a good sense of humor. biggrin
What do you think makes you good for this job? I am good at interacting with others in forums and real life. I've successfully run a fairly active guild for almost 4 months now so I've got experience.
Have you ever been banned from a guild or demoted from crew? I've never been demoted from crew. I was demoted from VC before though.
If so, explain why: Because there were too many VCs in the guild.
