They said that anyone who was muted or banned would be able to appeal, But I'm still muted. AND I don't have an appeal thingy.
All of my things are expired, I'm the the green and it says "You Don't have any bans or mutes on this account"
Anyone? Halp?

A lot of people have this. They have said the in game effects will not take effect until the next game update (And I actually just realized what they meant about the in game effects razz )

They said In game Interfaces so I suggested they meant the new Report system. But then how come my buddy Rinder can speak now, he was per muted too.
Also, I been meaning to ask you, How long dose it take to get 99 Fletch from 86?
I do full yew longs with a regular knife.

My cousin is still muted, but I told him to send an appeal next week... this allows jagex to finish with most of the appeal that have already been sent and that his account can be properly inspected. He's been muted for 1year and 3 months already. XD
