Located 5 miles east of salamander's fortress, a person in this tower is able to monitor the entire base and the surrounding area on it's many screens. From here, they may control the computers which allow them to set up traps anywhere within visible distance to salamander's base. There are five turrents surrounding the base which are capable of firing senbon needles at near the speed of sound, that are also controlled from this outpost.
