This is a large castle-type fortress surrounded by a moat of acid. It is equipped with catapults, arrow shafts and various other measures you would expect a fortress to have. Inside is like a maze. There is nothing but open plain for miles around, so no one can approach the fortress without raising the alarm.

Kaboku stood atop one of the castles outer corners. He looked about the plains noticing nothing out of place, and let out a sigh. "A war. Who would have guessed. Well, I assume that it was slightly apparent that the North and South would fight, but to this scale is crazy." To tell the truth Kaboku had his worries, but as a back-up medical ninja, being able to execute strong attacks, he needed to be strong, and not let such worries bother him. His eyes focused towards the South. Wondering if he should, progress to one of the outposts for the North, just to be safe, but also brought in the fact that they should travel in pairs, so as to be safe. And so, being as conflicted as he was, he simply sat atop the castle wall, waiting for anyone to approach.

"War is mere the result of children who can't have things their own way..." said a voice behind Kaboku. Seijin, his red hair glistening in the evening sun, stood a few feet behind Kaboku wearing his usual attire - a white, unbuttoned, long-sleeved shirt and white pants. The white cross, looking as if it weighed a ton, sat calmly on his back, crucifying Seijin's shadow with it's own.

Kaboku craned his head over his shoulder to only gain a glimpse of the mans shadow and parts of his red hair. Just by the large cross-like shadow, he already knew who it was. "Seijin. You speak words that are quite controversial. While it may be so, most wars do indeed start on that basis. Some wars start for the good of the people, and only to protect their needs, even if there might be an underline sense of ones own personal gain after the fact." Kaboku then lifted his head tot he sky, enjoying the small breeze that meandered from the west, with the setting of the sun. "If we were as free as the wind, what would have become of us? That is truly unsettling. To think such a population as wild as the wind, to be free. What havoc would induce from that."

Akane soon entered the base, his eyes locking on Seijin.
"I am sorry I am late. I got here as soon as I can. Do you know where my partner is currently?"

"Im afraid he hasn't shown up." Kaboku kept his eyes to the sky, knowing full well who it was by the voice. HE shifted in his spot for a second and then moved his head towards the setting sun. He thought about something that had happened back in Kumo before he left, but those were soon replaced with thoughts of his brother.

"... I want to fight for Jashin-sama.... let me go get in to trouble you guys." Up in the wooden rafters of the room a man with no shirt rested there, his body slightly scarred from fights, and a slightly sadistic look on his face. "... I don't give a ******** any more. let me go play with somebody, I'm begging here. Because at this point it's either you guys are OK with it, and I go, or your not Ok with it, and I STILL go." Cracking his knuckles Ryuuk was ready to blow instantly.

"Anxious I see. That is how wars are LOST." A woman known by the name of Tsukima Ubari said emphasizing the word lost. The men would notice her appear out of nowhere on the wall in the back of the room. She took out her sword and began to trace it along the edges of the room where the walls met the floor. When she was done she fell back and looked as if she was going to fall straight on her a** however a chair appeared and she fell into a sitting position instead. As she sat a silver slab appeared next to Seijin. Since he was going to be in charge she would let him us it to go over strategies. He would see a small brush that would write on the slab seemingly sticking to the face of the slab.

Another figure appeared amongst the others inside the base. His blonde hair and blue eyes both appeared tainted with a hidden darkness. A large red amulet hung around his neck from a silver chain. A wooden apparatus with sixteen tubes arranged in a four by four grouping rested on his arm. He walked over to Akane, silently nodding that he was ready to go. His pupils were dilated and his eyes were red; his movements seemed off, and the trained eye could tell he was high.

Looking over to the man, Akane nodded in reply. A small spark would seem to arch from Akane's shoulder to the man's head, giving the man the message that Akane would follow him.

Kurotenshi nodded, and straightened up while forming a few handseals. His form suddenly faded to a darker, less substantial version of itself.
"Kage Youshiki no Jutsu (Shadow Form Technique)," he said, before relaxing again. He made his way out of the base, headed for enemy territory.

Akane, after picking up a pouch that jingled slightly, made for the exit of the base, headed to who-knows-where with Kurotenshi.

Kaboku stood up on top of his Towering resting place and turned on point, to face the others and the recent leaving of two other. "I'll be on my way now. Im simply an Offensive Back-up medical ninja. I don't have any member assigned to me. Do any of you have objections of me leaving on my own?" He looked upon the small crowd with nonchalant eyes and cared not of any out come.
