Colorguards. It's always the Drum Major and the colorguard captain or a member or the color guard going out!! Who else has this in their marching band?

We didn't.
Closest thing was our low brass section leader and color guard co-captain dated.

My band doesn't have a colorguard. I'm pretty sure both our DM's are single.
The only pattern I can establish is that my section leader (tuba) from last year was dating the flute section leader, and I'm the tuba marching leader for next year, and the flute marching leaders are my best friends. (I'm straight thanks, and so are they, that's as close as it's gonna get)
