I have an organic revolutionary connection going all the way back to the Jacobin Club.
What exactly do I mean? Well... After the second inter-imperialist war, Nazis in East Germany were shot, and stalinists and working class militants were given administrative positions. In the West however, the Nazi bureaucrats were reinstated. After all, the war was against German Imperialism, not fascism.
So the rulers of Germany today, are organically connected with Nazi Germany, and the Empire before it.
But that is the organic connection within a capitalist state.
What is my organic connection with the French Revolution? I will lay it out below. In each case there is both a very clear ideological connection, and a personal one.
Jacobin Club (Robespierre, Saint-Just... w00t!) | v Conspiracy of Equals (made up of left Jacobins, among others) | v Bounarotti (surviving member of the Conspiracy, close associate of Robespierre) | v League of Exiles (German section of the Masonic Lodge Bounarroti founded in Paris) | v League of the Just, renamed: Communist League (Split from the Exiles, which died not long after. Renamed after ME joined) | v Marx, Engels. (No ******** dur. You really think I should explain this?) | v 1st international (Organised by ME to gather working class organisations. Killed by the Bakuninists after the Commune) | v 2nd International (Heavy intervention by Engels. Killed through internal rot on 4-8-1914) | v Emancipation of Labour Group (built by Plekhanov during his decent days) | v RSDRP (which grew out of it) | v RSDRP(B) (look... some things are just obvious...) | v Left Opposition (Trotsky's grouping within the SU and Comintern) | v 4th International | v And then... Well, I am sure you can guess. =P
So the question is this: Where does yours differ from mine?
