Inside is more computer equipment, the windows are actually large lenses capable of viewing the outside world in one of four visions. Regular vision, Night Vision, Heat Vision, and a special Reatsu sensor. If the Captain is not in his office you will most likely be able to find him napping or watching the area up here.
