Appearance: 
Name: Julian Raemil A'Faylinn
Alias: Raelian (He thought it was clever....no one dares say otherwise.)
Breed: Faerie King
Personality: He loves to be amused, and also to be praised as he is quite vain and proud, though for good reason. He also enjoys taking on human appearance and awing all mortals with his presence, especially gullible human women. But do not be fooled by his carefree attitude, for the Bright Court King will do without qualm whatever is necessary to maintain his power, be it treachery, backstabbing, murder or bribery. This king is not to be dealt with lightly. He also enjoys being entertained by the Sprite Ellette.
History: Julian was born, bred and raised to become king, and peacefully took over the throne after the death of his predecessor. He inherited the previous monarch's faerie magic, and quickly developed a talent for ruling. Because of his easy transition into kingship, many ill-wishers thought to overthrow him easily. Those same were mistaken, and did not live long afterward. Julian ruled with a brilliant smile and an invisible sword, keeping a tight grip on his kingdom.
Abilities: He was passed down the Faerie King magic from his predecessor, and is excellent with a blade. Also, he has the rare ability of reading the minds of humans, and is very good at persuasion.
Then there are the Brightmares. Basically it is the Bright version of a nightmare, the difference being that they take your happiest dreams and distort them till they are horrifying. Julian has the ability to inflict these.
Flaws & Weaknesses: He is distinctly proud and vain, though not bluntly. Often times his love of extravagance puts him in tough spots. His mind reading, since only pertaining to humans, often times causes him to be unable to catch on to things quickly. He is very smart, but sometimes he needs to be told bluntly, as he can rely on his mind reading too much. Occasionally, he loses control of a Brightmare and it plagues him.
Weapons: He enjoys the use of his personally formulated poison, which is often found coating an impossibly sharp blade. His persuasion is also deadly.
Alignment: Bright Court King {Seelie}
Friends: Ellette, Winter Court, Summer Court seasonally....
Enemies: Anyone threatening his throne.

Name: Ellette
Alias: Elle
Breed: Sprite
Personality: Quick and bright, Ellette flutters about unceasingly, almost never pausing. She loves to play tricks on any innocent human or fae, and is full of gossip and glee. She secretly desires someone to just love her, but most are just annoyed with her constant activity and mischievousness. Ellette has a special fondness for Julian, who she is always trying to entertain and please.
History: Origin unknown, Ellette was accepted into the Bright Court because of Julian's sudden whim. She spends her time running little errands for him, and is especially known as his little messenger, though she is not always in his use. The Court tolerates her silliness, but only because their king enjoys her so much, and many speak ill behind her back.
Abilities: Great speed, flight, a witty mind that comes up with many tricks, minor illusions.
Flaws & Weaknesses: She obeys anything Julian asks basically unconditionally. She has a weakness for brightly colored, sparkly things that tend to distract her. Ellete also isn't very strong, relying on her speed alot, so anyone faster than her is a serious threat, also anyone who can predict or see through her tricks.
Weapons: Speed, illusions, sharp little daggers.

Enemies: Some of every Court, any of Julian's enemies.
