Any guild member can post a contest they are holding.
Contests members can hold
-Tektek
-Art
-Bump
-Rolling Dice
If a member does hold a contest, but won't give the prizes out that they promised, you will be kicked out of the guild.
Note: Contests don't have to be related to Bioshock.
