If you think you deserve a spot that is currently occupied by another one of your squad members, then post your challenge here. You must state clearly who you are challenging and what reason. I will judge whether or not you are even worthy of trying out for a higher position.**
If I have decided to go through with the challenge then both of you will create a side-story RP (even a battle!) together using your characters from this guild. The challenger begins the story. Eventually I will stop the story and tell you my decision on who the winner is.
Wether you are promoted or not depends on your skill in roleplaying.
My decision is final, don't argue. I will be fair.
If you get demoted, then simply sharpen your RP skills and challenge someone seated higher than you.
Check this thread often to see if you've been challenged. As your captain I will also try to keep you notified.
**Note: Due to previous experiences, I am now also judging you on other abilities that you have demonstrated to me beforehand. Such as your ability to read and understand the information given to you.
I will also be using this experience to judge whether or not it's even worth having challenge. If you're simply not right for the spot because of some other skill you lack, then I'm not going to let you waste your time trying out for it.
