so we were out marching(horribly i might add) and my band director got mad and was flailing and there was a box of water bottles by him so he kicks it off the machine he was on and they go plummeting to the ground
well after that it was lunch and u hear out of nowhere "madness?...THIS IS BANDCAMP"

the trombones werent playing loud after 15 times they were told so u hear my teacher scream "DONT MAKE ME BEG JUST GIVE IT TO ME"
yea funny stuff
post some other stories to it'll be fun

pezhi ...i'm gonna take a guess and say it's one of those things that's funnier if you were there.....am i right? not really if you happen to b an imaginative person.... and my BD has said things like that to our trumpet section.... or if were playing a slow pretty piece too slow he would say "u guys are making too much love there"

omg-im-anime-freak pezhi ...i'm gonna take a guess and say it's one of those things that's funnier if you were there.....am i right? not really if you happen to b an imaginative person.... and my BD has said things like that to our trumpet section.... or if were playing a slow pretty piece too slow he would say "u guys are making too much love there" no, believe me, i'm an "imaginative" person, as you put it. i read a LOT. from reading, i have developed my "mind's eye" and i CAN understand why it WOULD be funny, but really, i'm sure it WAS funnier to those present than those of us receiving it through "the grapevine"

noelia_snow angel and YOU are a gay little pixie.... wow..complete and utter ignorance. that's just a fun little quiz result. i put that up because i thought it was funny(i'm not saying anyone else has to think it's funny). it is extremely rude to use "gay" as an insult, because there is nothing wrong with someone deciding they like their same gender as opposed to the opposite. I'm not personally gay, but i have no prejudices towards them. they are just like all human beings, they can make good and bad choices just like anyone else. but until they make a bad choice you should at least respect them enough to not use their preference as an insult. Making prejudices towards gays is just as bad as being racist or sec sist(it won't let me say the actual word). and i don't see how "happy" could even be an insult.

omg-im-anime-freak and obviously all that reading made u an a-hole... im the "a-hole"? i'm not the one going around calling names at people just for their opinions. my original statement was just say that it would have been funnier to see it first hand. and then i was "attacked" verbally. i really don't see how any of that makes me an "a-hole".

One time, we were going through drill and for our woodwind zig-zag line we had, we were told to set up at set 24. For the woodwinds, 20 and 24 are the exact same. The brass block thought we were in 20. So they set up there. Woodwinds are going to 25 and Brass is going to 21. Different sounding music, and the two areas were going to collide. Finally our director cuts us off and says, "Brass block, FAIL."
