xxxPersonality: A little crazy and a lot random, Devon Pierce thinks as fast as the electricity she creates. Her thought process is a little hard to follow, jumping from one thing to the next -- she's sure the resident telepaths get quite the kick out of eavesdropping on her mind. When she voices her thoughts they often seem spontaneous and unrelated, though they make perfect sense to her. She's not really hyper, though the potential is there and she's been put on sugar bans before (a hyped up teen who can generate electricity...in a household that thrives on technology POWERED by electricity...not such a great idea, short circuits are inevitable..so is the occasional black out), put a fight in front of her and her demeanor changes completely. Maybe she's an adrenaline junkie, she's not sure, all she knows is that regardless of what her appearance may imply -- she loves a decent fight. She doesn't start 'em and she doesn't provoke(at least not in physical fights) but she'd be right there offering to play damage control when the Brotherhood was causing trouble...of course, that was before they started WORKING with them.
It doesn't bother her much, working with members of the Brotherhood, however, she's pretty laid back as long as they're not being jerks.

xxxMain Power: Electric Manipulation;; Devon's primary mutation is the ability to generate and manipulate electricity/electric fields, discharging and directing them at will. However, she's not completely immune to electric shock herself, she can redirect the charge through her body but if she's soaked or doesn't have part of her body grounded she'll be shocked as well.
xxxSecondary Power: Inducing Temporary Paralysis;; Using a low level electric field she has the ability to temporarily paralyze enemies. It takes a decent amount of control to get the voltage right, too little and it'll just be static electricity, make their hair stand on end, too much and...well...the results aren't pretty. At this point the being, which must be either human or animal(the charges are directed at the nerves), must be within a three foot radius for her to be able to paralyze them, but it's weaker then if she had induced it through touch, the physical contact giving her a little more leeway with the level of energy she sends through their body.
