I've been on Virtual Hollywood and I got given items by Tim and Hunter etc but I can't find them anywhere!! I've been on my inventory and everything and I can't find them. Please help!!

The people that you click on (like Tim, Hunter, Julie etc) in Virtual Hollywood say that they give you free stuff but then when I go into my Inventory it isn't there.
