Just wondering if you guys had any ideas for plots, or are we just gonna float about and rp until something happens and adapt that into a plot?

plot idea:
information leaks from the seretei. Accusations are made about who leaked the info resulting in a division among the ranks. Ryoka use the leaked information to get into the seretei and attack/steal/rescue something.

Heres a plot idea, as I draw from Sidewalk.
The Punishment Force Captain is responsible for the leak, in hopes of dividing the ranks, allowing him/her to sneak into the Research and Development department to find out more about what Captain Aizen had planned, in order to attempt it himself/herself.

Plot idea: I have just made a character who has become a soul reaper (follow so far?) Alright the catch is that he has vowed revenge on all of the soul reapers due to some trouble with them in the past. Basically he blames them for their death . . . anyway he has a hit list and it is assumed that he has killed before, henceforth the dissapearance of several soul reapers. A few others could be peicing together the puzzle as he quests for vengence. They could eventually catch on and then thats when it all boils over into conflict of the physical kind and there will be reprocussions throughout. >.> too much?

And the others were just slight variations of the main storyline.

Well I don't know if it would work or not...But a long time ago I did this bleach Rp and used this. Well see there is this people called Soul Pirates who were cast into hell/oblivion what ever you want to call it. But they break out and try to destroy the Soul Society for there crimes (They were all once hallows but now humanish) Not the best idea of what it is, I'll have to look for my old Rp to see how i set it up.
