I just got done cooking dinner for six. It was only supposed to be for two because I was going to cook my boyfriend a nice home made dinner. Then my mom found out what I was cooking and of course she wanted me to make her dinner. Then we found out my brother was coming home for the weekend so there's number 4. And of course since my brother is home, my cousin came to sleep over. That's number 5. Then unexpectedly after I started cooking enough for 5, my brother invited his best friend over. Number 6. My neighbor also came over but there's no way I could stretch it to 7, there's just not enough. I was cooking for about 3 hours and it's hot out. Jeeeesus. On the bright side, it's Fried Rice and Chicken+Broccoli Tempura yummm. Lukily I had the foresight to make tonight's dessert last night. Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting and chocolate sprinkles. Later I get to finish working on my costume. Joy. lol
What did you guys do?

My little sisters and I rented a couple of supposed horror movies that we hadn't yet seen. We watched Quarantine which we laughed at more than anything. Then we watched Midnight Meat Train. Still trying to wrap my mind around the ending. Very strange. Very, very odd. burning_eyes

I didn't find it that scary, but then not a lot scares me anymore. Except clowns.....It was a good movie and I liked the concept but the ending is so unexpected and weird. Almost disappointing. Almost.

I'm going to move the netflix queue up while my parents are gone next week. Then I'll watch the damn movies I Want to watch.
I've got the day off, I hit a deer on Sunday morning, my nephew got pushed down a flight of stairs by his cousin that same day [he's okay, black eye, but pushed over a little accidental spittle in his drink? Really?]. My car now has DIMPLES. It's like a young Patrick Swayze now. So weird.

Jeepers. I wish I had a car. And deer. And Netflix. At first I thought it was stupid because mail takes forever, but then I stayed at my boyfriend's house for a week while his parents were gone and they really get those movies to you quickly. I'm sick so I haven't really gone anywhere or done anything all weekend/week except today I went to the dollar store with my mom and got these two amazing tupperware things that I'm gonna use as bento boxes.
Sorry about your car and your nephew!

Lucie Furr Because your car need more damage done to it. That's what? The fifteenth deer you've hit now? xp Now I've got matching dimples. My car looks a little like Joan Rivers right now, lifted cheeks and stuff. Oh, and there's still a little bit of deer on the door, WHICH one of my friends was like, "OMG what's that? part of the--" "DON'T TOUCH THAT!! BAD LORI." And then I made her wash and sanitize her hand. Hehe, deer. It took out the front left blinker, but thankfully there was a replacement handy at the shop. . . why didn't I ask about the back light while I was at it? Honestly, sometimes my parents are really dumb [their money, their blame smile ]

Ok, so I'm at work today and then out of the blue a frickin' CLOWN walks into the store! I told everyone up front not to call me until he left and I hid in the back until he was gone. Turns out the circus is on it's way and he was dropping off tickets. But did he have to come dressed up?

Head count showed you were indeed in the area by way of absence. Sorry, Steph, they're probably planning on kidnapping you. . . just pull a Rambo and fight them off. MAKE BRUCE CAMPBELL PROUD!!
