do not add 2 sticks of butter to a recipe unless u want very buttery cookies and flat and fatty cookies

Surprise revelation: Southern people do not fry that much food and do not use a lot of butter or margarine. Very common misconception. But I totally am making tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches later. Possibly with french toast. Cuz french toast rocks my face.
