The Kettleton VillaThere is a large mansion where Justin and TK live. Walking down the pathway, you look to your left and see a road leading you to a mansion. Maids and Butlers infest the gardens outside, both front yard and back. There is a peaceful scent as the Mansion gets closer, and the air is filled with perfume from forgotten flowers. You walk passed the French front doors and enter the Mansion. The comfortable rooms at the Mansion feature tasteful furnishings, sumptuous marble baths and French doors that open onto private balconies. Thoughtful amenities assure every need is fulfilled, from round–the–clock room service and twice–daily housekeeping.

.......The afternoon sun of the season glistened down upon the picturesque landscape of the massive sprawling grounds of the Mansion. A light breeze was sweeping in and rustling through the still blooming trees that dotted the grounds, their pale blossoms being gently taken from their branches and gliding through the warm air like a snow. With no clouds in the powder blue sky, no one could have asked for a better day in which to enjoy the outdoors, and many of the villagers were doing so, except for one boy..........Tucked up out of view, hidden away in the library of the mansion, a fourteen year old boy named TK was dozing in a lazy manner. Arms tucked back behind the head to cushion against the hard surface, TK dressed in a soft green checkered vest layered over a cotton white collar shirt. Black slacks and green converse were also part of the boy's clothing. He snored rather loudly, dreaming of his father, who must have been miles away. The only thing that seemed capable of waking this sleeping boy happened to be a cherry blossom that managed to catch a rather decent updraft of warm air, sweep into the library through an open window, and land right in the space between the eyes and above the bridge of the nose........The feathery light touch was enough of a disturbance, that TK blinked lazily to reveal a set of teal jewel-toned colored eyes that were offset nicely by his neatly combed brownie hair. After blinking a few more times and looking cross-eyed to the spot where the cherry blossom sat carelessly, the boy sighed while reaching up and plucking the cherry blossom off. Sitting up, TK had to run a hand through the long bangs to push the fallen askew pieces of hair out the face, and then stared at the blossom held gingerly between the the thumb and index finger. With a small irritated grunt, he sighed again and released the blossom as an air current drifted in........The small flower waltzed off to another destination, leaving the teen to stare after it with a slight smile pulling at the corner of a rather pleasant looking mouth. “Bothersome.” he mumbled, and finally stood up to exit the library. Taking his large, rounded glasses out of his pocket, he placed them gently in front of his eyes. Vision clear, now, he began to walk towards the exit. He grabbed his journal, a bottle of ink, and a quilt on his way out. Once he rached the bottom floor of the mansion, he walked out the front door and past the gardens. The beach seemed like a nice quiet place to write today.
