A huge, bustling place of commerce on the ground floor. Here, everything is run by either normals or hired supers. Services run the gamut from high-brow diners to huge costco-like grocers.

Many students hang out either at the ice cream parlor or the statue of Arden, (another thread) and this place usually has a great deal of activity. In a normal high school, you would say it's comparable to the cafeteria.

At the north and west end are the stairs, and the east and south end hold the elevators. The gates out of Avalon are south-east.
