I'm able to help out any Mac- or Windows-based machine using OS X's screen sharing for Mac-based clients via iChat (An AIM screenname is required, although all Gaia usernames double as AIM SN's as 'username'@gaiaonline.com.) and Windows-based clients (Windows XP or higher) through the remote assistance application (an e-mail address is required).

Due to present circumstances, I'm currently unable to assist Linux-based clients (although if you're running Linux, you probably know how to fix your own issues anyway).
