Ananchel pressed her ears flat against her head. The once blue sky had started to cloud over, and rainfall in the distance could be heard. She wasn't a fan of the bad weather, but she had learned to put up with it. Silver eyes flicked upwards to the sky, now dark and overcast. What now? The ali had hoped to get a relaxing day, enjoying the sunny springtime day. A light sky escaped her and her tail flicked. What now? Shelter, she supposed.
Her hoofs were soft against the grass, still moist from the morning dew. The dainty mare made her way out of an open field, into a light forest. It was midday, the sun high behind the dark clouds. She had been out since daybreak, attempting to free herself from responsibilities as long as possible. To say the least, it wasn't quite working out as planned.

Alex let out a sigh. Just for ONE day could it have been better weather. Honestly, he was getting bored of it. He looked over to where pitch black had already got the best of the forest and switched to parts where light dimly guided a way to an exit although, it was certain that a plan to escape was useless at this point.
'Man.. Oh, man. Shelter, Anywhere? C'mon Im sick of getting dirty already'
He didnt even contemplate on how that might of sounded otherwise known to him, he just searched with the two dark sapphires rather uncaringly for a shelter, a den of some sort. He then heard the clambering of several hooves crunching against the scattered terrain.
'time to get out of here'
His last thoughts were to stick to whatever appealed more, and quickly. He spotted something in the distance, a silver shine and instantly followed in a slow trot; one arriving, there was a cave. Dark, twisted called out bad omen;s but Alex was tired, even tired enough to disregard his own instincts. He walked forth into the darkness, unknown to what he was walking into...

Ananchel hadn't yet noticed the stallion, too lost in her thoughts of the past, the present, the future... the rain. Her brow furrowed as she felt the first drop on her head, just above her nose. Darn, so much for a nice day.
Her head craned from side to side, silver orbs searching for shelter. Her gaze paused on the gave where the other had just entered. Unaware of the second presence, she made her way through the dark opening
'...Oh my.'
He was blindingly white, sticking out against the his dark surroundings of the cave. In any other circumstances she would have left, not wanting to press into company where she might not have been welcome. It was already raining, though; a faint but recognizable pitter-patter against the foliage outside.
"Ah... Hello, there. I hope I'm not intruding? I was merely trying to avoid the rain..." The alicorn gave a gentle smile, flicking her wings.
