Zero and Yuuki are Awesome. I like them the best too, and you know that deep down Yuuki feels the same way for Zero. I hope that they go into their relationship or develop on it in future chapters of the manga.

For me I like all the couples in Vampire Knight but if I have to choose one I would choose Yuuki and Zero
