The openings for Naruto Shippuuden keep pushing me farther and farther into believing it's shounen-ai.
Kishimoto. You smart man.
He's totally a ninja.
He says it's a shounen manga but secretly inside he knows it's shounen-ai.
He's just showing us that it's ok for boys to love each other.
I mean, freakin' almost half the people who watch Naruto think it's a shounen-ai anyways.
That and the subliminal messages in the opening songs make it all the more obvious.

No I don't think so, and besides he's not the one making the openings. So in a way, it's not entirely his fault.

Kishimoto is AMAZING with symbolism and he ALWAYS makes me cry. I love how he implies so much love between Sasuke and Naruto. It's SO obvious they love each other and he's in denial to admit it. I swear, if Naruto wasn't read/viewed by young boys, Sasuke and Naruto would have confessed love a WHILE ago :3

If Kishi never wanted to imply SasuNaru he never would of written the story with that famous "fist kiss".
If Sasuke really wanted to kill Naru I'm pretty sure he would have done it by now. I have to agree though how creative Kishi is and the emotion he brought out in me most of us fans. I've never been able to stick with a manga or anime that long before.
Kudos to Kishi for giving me a real reason to love a story all over again. Also, giving my boyfriend and I a reason to do some awesome characters in cosplay as well.
