The bar was loud. The bar was packed. The bar was filled with rowdy young warriors jostling each other and bragging. It was everything the young noble loved about the commoners. And make no mistake, he loved them. In his own way. Ryn's yellow eyes smiled fondly upon the crowd of older and younger drow. The noise was better then any musically trained slave could provide for him. The simple beer in his mug appealed to him more then any glass of rich wine. Ryn had been so spoiled as a Prince, he craved the simpler things and he found indulging in a commoners lifestyle far more freeing then any bag of gold itself.
He pushed off from the wall where he had stood. So many tables were already taken by groups of other drow, he wasn't about to fight them for a table all to himself. Besides...as he pushed his way through the crowd...there were a good many female asses clutched in tight leather that he could brush fingers and groin against and be excused in the tight crush. So..for the second time that night, Ryn took full advantage to slither his way to the bar while copping as many feels as he could from point A to point B.

"Hey hey hey now! If you're going to try things like that you're going to have to be a little more subtle..." The rather diminutive female had shot a hand out to catch a hold of the hand that had been inching its way towards her in a manner that she thought was highly unsuitable. You shouldn't be caught when you were trying to cop a feel after all...
He clearly didn't really belong here.
Her attire was rather rich, the corset she word was clearly made of a nice silken fabric with some very fine black adornments. It was perfectly fitted to her small frame. Her face was covered by a gauzy veil , as was her head, thought the long ends of her creamy white hair were clearly visible under the fabric. Her eyes were fixed into a stern, firm expression as she looked at him, her long dark lashes helping make the look all the more fierce as she turned to face him fully, the strange hand weapon, a block with four blades that looked to be perfectly fitted for her hand hung at her waist in a small black leather clip.
Once she was facing him fully she let go of his wrist, flexing her fingers against it slightly just before she did, her fingers were clearly quite strong. Then again she was clearly something of a combatant.
"You have some nerve, behaving that way in a bar like this, it's full of people who will quite happily take a finger or a hand for behaviour such as that..." having let him go she placed her hands easily on her hips, a small bubble of space had been kept clear around her by the fact that she was settled on the edge of a table now, having been leaning slightly over it to give the male she had previously been wrapped up in a card game with a shake for trying to cheat, now her attention had been switched away from that, and said male looked rather relieved.
As it is though, you're lucky.." she stated, her lips curling into more of a smile behind the purple gauze, "You're a pretty enough face that I wouldn't want to maim you in ways that could actually matter... hand's I'm told can be pretty useful..." a light silvery chuckle left her lips at that point, her voice on the whole was quite smooth, more like velvet than silk though, warm and full, quite heavy in its tones, but not deep... just rather... sensual maybe..?
It was hard to pin point..
"Tell me though, are you any good at cards..? Or are you simply here to cop a feel of the local talent.." She smiled again, it reached her eyes this time... how would he handle this..? She scared people off more often than not...so this would be interesting...

Ryn came up short as his hand was caught by a fine piece of a** that he had been attempting to cress. He blinked, looking down at the well dressed female before him. She did not look like one of the commoners in the least. Almost instantly a wide grin broke Ryn's face. Perhaps she was a female who shared some traits with him..someone who had a taste for the rowdy and more... physical world outside the veil seperating noble and commoner?
"Subtle is no fun." Ryn replied to the female. His yellow eyes happily slipped over her form to linger upon her chest a moment, and yes, he did take into consideration the weapons she carried. Actually, her blades earned as interested a look as her chest did. When the female released his hand Ryn drew it away, but not to his side. Instead he lifted his wrist where she had held him to his nose and gave a faint sniff as he continues to look appreciatively down on her. Ryn took no note of the small bubble of space surrounding them, nor did he care to take note of the male that she had been involved with previously.
"Well, if your interested in taking a finger or a hand I'm going to have to insist you take everything that is attached to it. See it's part of a set and I'd hate to see it parted. Goes with this pretty face you've taken note of." Ryn wiggled his fingers near to his tattooed eye before allowing his hand to drop finally to his side.
"Hmm. I was actually here just to cop a feel." Ryn rather boldly replied, but as he looked at the table he allowed his grin to widen. "But I suppose I could settle for a hand at cards so long as it's a pair of breasts like yours across from me."

"You take a risk..." The woman stated, raising an eyebrow, though her expression was clearly impressed rather than offended by his attitude. She wouldn't come to places like this if she wished to be treated with the respect her gender credited... it wasn't that she wished to be belittled or any of the other bizarre fetishes she had seen coupled with some of her gender, and the other of course, she just liked to be treated as an equal, to spar with a man as men did with one another. It made things far more interesting for her. "I like that. You're not afraid, even though I am quite sure I could have you skinned in minutes should I wish to..." Her smile became a smirk very briefly, but she chased it away again soon enough, giving him a glance over as he had done her. "I'll have you know as well that there are far more interesting things about me than my chest... I have a wonderful mind, don't you know..." She chuckled, she'd never minded being somewhat objectified. She knew was attractive, and she was far less... aggressive than a large number of the other women you were likely to meet. She was assertive, and no lay back lover, but she was far happier to just spar back with verbal comments than actually looser her temper and start killing for no reason.
"I trust if we plan you'll be able to tear your eyes from my breasts long enough to at least see your cards," She stated as he pushed herself up off the table again to walk around it, shooing the man who she had been playing before from his seat, which she then took... "Because if you loose too trivially I will take that Lloth damned had of yours anyway... if you win, well, I'm sure an agreement can be made... but if I win, well... I guarantee you won't be getting up in a hurry in the morning." her eyes flicked up to his face again, "Though I'm not going to explain any further." Her attention was gone from Ryn as she finished speaking, and flung an arm up to catch the attention of one of the highly harassed servers, after which she demanded that a bottle of something considerably stronger than the wine that she had been drinking, or the beer that Ryn had favoured be brought over. If she had had any urge to behave properly, she wouldn't have come here after all...
When she flicked her attention back to Ryn she also picked up the deck of cards, flicking them from one hand to the other, she was evidently familiar with games of this sort. As the bottle and two black pottery cups were brought over she knocked one over to the other side of the table. "You drink I trust..?" He own glass filled she passed the bottle over as well. "I'll be disappointed if not." She was rather pleased to have found such a pretty playmate for the evening... "My deal.." She stated to hand the cards out...
Tonight was really looking up!

"I did try grab your a**." Ryn answered to the comment of taking risks. And yes...he knew he stepped a fine line here. She was a noble after all. Ryn personally liked to believe his 'undercover' attempt to pass for a commoner was successful. His armor was simple, even if it was of the best material he could have it made from. And his hair was pulled back and unadorned, even if it was meticulousely cleaned and trimmed. He tried to speak plainly, but that was where he ultimately failed. Ryn tended to speak a bit more eloquently then the more common dredges. Unless he was with a woman...who posed real no threat to him really. Coming from a city where gender meant nothing and magic everything...Well Ryn was just far more comfortable coming on strong to a female.
"Hmm. Skinned in minutes. If your that eager to get my cloths off I've a room upstairs.." Ryn began and accented by jabbing a thumb over his shoulder. He shifted a bit towwards the table, that grin of his had not once shown a hint of dieing away "Hmmm. Maybe we should change the game to something that requires less attention then your breasts. How about a game of dice?" He was still smileing as he sat down of course.
"Mmm. I like this bet of yours. I accept it eagerly. let's play." His eyes watched as she played with the deck. In answer to her question of drinking, Ryn batted the mug away, and lifted the very bottle to his lips. Throwing his head back, he took long, deep, and unconcerned swallows...and fought back the watering in his eyes. Ho s**t! That stuff was NOT simple ale!! Swallowing the urge to choke Ryn set the bottle back down and motioned for the cards to be slid over to him

"If we're taking this back to rooms we're not staying here.. while I've got few problems with a night involving more than one person in a room with me, well, I'd prefer the other parties to at least smell like they'd bathed sometime this century..." she had standards, and frankly he was one of the only people in the bar who had a hope this side of the Glimmersea of reaching them. She didn't care if people were ranked or titled, whatever they were was fine, as long as they were clean... and he was... she had no problem imagining them pressed together, clothing thrown asunder, fingers twisted tightly into the mass of long white hair they had between them... no indeed, no trouble at all, and she did in fact find herself smiling at the notion a little as it flitted through her mind.
When he took a large swig of the drink however she couldn't help but laugh, it almost caused the cards to scatter from her hands. She dealt however, managing to keep a hold of them, and as she finished she lifted her cup to her lips, lifting the veil away very slightly, and tossed the fiery liquid back with a moment, pulling a very slight face before chuckling. "It always has more of a bite on the first taste than you remember... good stuff though.." she picked up her cards. "I can't say I'm willing to defer for dice at this point, if my breasts help me win all the better, I'm sure you'll look just as good on your back as you do now.." she managed to say that with an entirely straight face, but as she lifted the bottle to re-fill her own cup there was once again a smile on her lips.
She quite happily started the game, her eyes on him as she laid the first card. "My Name is Shyntyl, by the way... I suppose if I plan you take full advantage of you after this game is done it would be polite to at least give you my name.."

Ryn flipped his cards up in his hand and smirked at the females remarks about the rooms in the building. "Oh it's not so bad..." He started to respond, then tilting his head he gave a small sniff, and consequentially wrinkled his nose. "Then again...maybe being down here so long has killed my sense of smell. That drink must have burned the life back into my sinus's"
Ryn tilted his head down then to look at the cards gathered in his hand. His amber eyes were now a bit more focused on something other then the females appealing bosom. "Damn. You know this isn't fair. Your starting out with a pair that will beat my strait flush reguardless of what hand you deal me." Ryn's vauge ribald joke amused himself quite a bit, though he could tell from a few of the faces about him that not many followed exactly what he was talking about. Simpletons...he sometimes did miss the keen edged humor of the mages back home...
"Fah. I look good on my back? Funny because I was thinking the same thing about you my dear." Ryn's eyes lifted from his cards, and so too did his grin. "And the name of the male that will be taking advantage of you this evening is Ryn. I'm sure I'll be able to get you to say it once or twice before it's time to let you back onto your feet...."

"I suppose my luck is natural gift, huh..?" Shyntyl queried in response to him comment about her having a better 'pair' than he did. "I can assure you that had you a bigger pair than I, well, we'd not be talking right now. Well, with your 'flush' included as well... with only the pair..? Maybe.." she was aware that she might well have lost him, she'd lost others before, and they'd drunk less than Ryn, as it turned out his name was, had.
"As for who looks best in what way, only time will tell I suppose.." the young female paused, shifting th cards about in her hand for a moment, her expression neither pleased nor displeased it seemed. She'd played this game a good number of times before and knew to give nothing away if she culd help it. Honestly she could tell that the outcome of the game had become fairly irrelevant... she'd have him home with her tonight one way or another. Mainly because even if he did win she'd not stay here, and if she did..? Well, the inn where she'd taken residence was nice enough, and she was sure he'd not object to her terms of victory anyway. It had been a while since she'd 'had' someone in all honesty, it was hard to find anyone who matched up to her rathe rpicky standards.
She was rather surprised to have found someone in such a seedy place as this, then again, she wasn't going to complain, just focus on the game and look forward to the result, which ever way it ended up.
After a few turns she found herself smiling, and calling an end to her turn by laying her cards down, a nice high hand rested in her fingers, the smiling faces of three of the aces had decided to come her way.. what luck..? "Can you match up to that..?" She queried, her dark red eyes fixed on the male.. "Or do I find myself with a victory..?"

The only clue that Ryn would give that he had perhaps understood the subtle, but not too much so, humor behind Shyn's words was the manner he closed his eyes and placed a hand over his mouth to keep his laughter from barking too loudly. He merely shook his head after getting ahold of himself, and turned his attention to his cards.
The temptation to take another drink rose as Ryn's cards failed to give him exactly what he wanted...but...the three queens he had made him feel a bit more content that he would win. Ryn's eyes flickered towards Shyn's chest pointedly over the top of his cards, the fanning of which allowed only the corners of his self assured grin to be exposed. He had not been expecting to have such fine company for the evening. Darkness! He had been lamenting the type of company he was going to be forced into taking as a matter of fact! Share a room with two others to sace on costs was hardly enjoyable, particularly when he refused to share a bed with either and was looking forwards to a night on the floor. now though...he was going to have a nice soft body under him instead of stone slabs.
Ryn's smile remained fixed on his face as Shyn called the game. And it stayed..until he saw the three aces upon the table. Ryn's amber eyes blinked once, and he peered down at his hand as if it had somehow betrayed him. Instead of turning his hand up, he placed his cards face down on the table. "I want to up the ante. Random card draw from the deck. Who ever is higher wins."

"If your cards are lower, I'm afraid I win.." the heiress stated, leaning forward slightly as she smiled at him. "And why would I risk that on a single draw, huh..?" Her lips lifted into slightly more of a smile. "Unless you want us to have a squabble now, I think we should just let things rest as they are.." Sure the words were threatening, but there was no malice in her voice, if anything it was, well, a little suggestive actually... "I can think of far better things to be doing that fighting over who won a game of cards.. though admittedly that could be because I was literally holding the aces..." She pushed herself to her feet and moved around the table to stand closer to him, her steps were slowed somewhat, which gave her hips the chance to sway back and forth... she could be inviting if she wished, she just didn't usually find the time or reason to use her more feminine weaponry... the bladed tools that hung at her side were usually the focus of her attention..
When she reached Ryn's side of the table she leant forward, the veil still over her face of course, but she still placed her lips quite close to his ear. "Trust me, having me win this one won't be all bad for you... on that you have my word..." She purposely ran her nose, under the silky fabric, very gently over the edge of his ear, a smile still lingering on her lips as she straightened up once again.
"Besides, why would I wish to play again for something I'm only visually sure I want..?" She arched an eyebrow at the rather delicious guy she was planning of having the companny of for the remainder of the evning. "If it doesn't work for me, surely I wouldn't wish to find myself stuck with it..." The look on her face gave away the fact she was teasing him, the way she saw things? Well... there was very little chance that he would fail to please her.
"Come on now, I have a far nicer place for us to spend the evening.. we can eat there as well, the food is decent and the wine delightful." She smiled once again and simply stepped away from him. If he didn't follow he'd be backing out of a bet, and also an easy conquest... he didn't seem the type to her.

Ryn glanced down at his cards, knowing what they were while keeping them flipped face down. The only way he could beat her three aces is if he had four of a kind, and it was really unlikely he'd be that fortunate. His amber eyes lifted at the sauntering and purring female. He really would have preffered it if he had won the hand. There was nothing quite as enjoyable as winning a prize after all... "I guess my male ego will have to be satisfied with being the prize this evening then." Ryn grudgeingly would condeed. He wasn't interested in loseing a evening spent with a attractive female over something as trivial as who won a game of cards.
Ryn was finding himself more and more inclined to be satisfied with the turn of events at the subtle teaseings Shyn was playing on him. The feel of her nose brushing up the length of his ear resulted in a faint pleasent shivering down that side of his body.
"Oh...I am sure you'll not be looking at it that way." Ryn promised as he began to slip out of his chair. If nothing else, the promise of a better place to spend the evening was enough for him to let go of the idea of playing for a dominante position in their dealings. Who knew, maybe he'd be able to wrestle himself on top sometime during the night... "Hnnn. I think I may take it light on the wine. I wouldn't want to end up addled and have you taking more advanage of me. Feel free to indulge yourself though, I certainly won't mind." Ryn teased with his grin as he moved to follow Shyn out. "So...this other place, where is it?"

As they reached the outside of the horribly grimy bar, Shyntyl paused to wait for Ryn to fall into place beside her, and caught a hold of his arm, winding hers through it as he stepped outside into the comparatively fresher air. "It's not too far away honestly, I mean.. far enough to be in a far nicer part of town, but it won't take more than about ten to walk there.." She looked up at the male she was now walking with, and couldn't help but smile slightly to herself, he was really rather easy on the eyes... and his arm felt nice and strong under hers... this was definitely a positive turn to the night.
"Feel free not to drink, of course, I wasn't planning on getting too silly myself... what's the point in having fun if you can't remember it the next day..?" She'd been that way on more than one occasion... so much for the sworn purity of her house until they were bound to the future father of their daughter... she didn't plan on finding herself tied to someone until she'd had a damn few good years of fun.. she was doing pretty well so far, but it did mean spending as little time as possible under her mothers watchful eye...
As they walked she fell quiet again, just watching warily as they passed various streets that she knew her house had staked out as good places to watch from in this dingy city, it didn't seem that her mother had found her yet though.. it would only be a matter of time of course, but until then... keeping vigilant was better than being caught by surprise... assassins training and all that...
"Ah.. there we are.." a few minutes later found her lifting the hand she wasn't holding onto Ryn with to point at a dark stone building with some rather fancy writing above the door. It was highly pretentious of course, but she was well able to deal with pretensions for a good bed for the night.. as they reached the door she made a point of grinning up at Ryn, "Well dear, are you read for the night of your life..?" At which point she laughed quite happily and nudged the door open with her foot, letting her arm fall from around the males so that she could instead catch his hand with hers and give him a tug after her. "I can't promise to be gentle..."

Ryn was not too shaken when Shyn took ahold of his arm. His eyes glanced down with a faintly amused expression "Making sure I don't go anywhere or run off eh?" Ryn lightly teased Shyn as she led him away from the cheap and miserable little bar. His mind was already set to wondering about the different things he would hope to do to the female beside him. She seemed to be the sort that had no reservations about taking up with a bolder male. This would work out pleasently in Ryn's mind. It meant he could be aggresive in bed, rather then suffering the indignation of being submissive all night. How a female could possibly believe that having a male lay on the bed while she just basically squatted on top of him was something desierable was beyond him. There was soooo much more that could be done if the female would just let the damn male contribute rather then useing him. Honestly..she may as well sleep with a corpse for all the good the male serves. A corpse at least say's rigid longer.
Ryn became a little aware of his surroundings changeing, and for the better it seemed. His eyes glanced about him casually, even as Shyn was alert for any spies. When they finally reached the house, Ryn gave it a critical eyeing. Even as she tugged him by the hand inside, Ryn found himself speaking slowly. "You never told me your last name..." Though..he did not expect a answer once that door was closed behind him. Oh well...that could be something he followed up with after he'd given her the night of her life...
