Has anyone from your band ever stole something from one or more of your band members? I was wondering how severe that this is in other bands because in just one day, someone(unknown) from my band stole over $200 from people's purses.

Back in middle school, band members took other people's tuners all the time. I don't really see why, but they did...
In high school, no one's stolen anything yet, but the percussionists and a few others broke into the drum room while the directors were at a convention. I try not to imagine what they did in there, though it seems some of our director's mallets went missing (not verified if they were stolen or just misplaced).

We've had lower-band members steal a few things... And janitors, too, but Hartmetz doesn't believe us.
We've had mallets, warm-up books, and our section leader's wallet stolen and/or thrown away. >>

Thanks for the idea, Phantom. Now we can try to start a suspect list. ^_^

Um....speaker systems, music, instruments, Guitars, and our uniforms have been rearranged in an order that makes them difficult to find.

During marching season, we had someone that was not from band stealing other peoples stuff from peoples purses like money, and etc.
and people take others breathing tube so they don't get in trouble during class. taking someones breathing tube is the grossest thing ever.

Our band doesn't steal things, some Peoria be assholes and move the items such as violin bows or move backpacks, and other things that can take up to 10 minutes to find. Those jerks.

ok so i think this funny so this senior who was in band and about to graduate decided to take one of the band's oldest trophies. During our school's theatre academy practices. he just walks down to the band room and a bunch of ppl see him take it and we think it's a big joke but he was being serious. It still sits is his room to this very day.

In my band, there have been percussion mallets and sticks taken, music folders, lyres, cell phones, cameras, money, and Ipods. Luckily, most of the items taken have been returned.
Outside of class, but down the band hall, there have been several purse and money thefts during musical practices.
