Alright for all of you who've taken notice of the announcement, there are some issues to discuss. Both Zeke and Kazei thought it'd be a good idea to give you guys crew positions so that you could manage your own divisions. That way it wouldn't be as hard on the rest of the crew to do all the work. By manage we mean organize them in your own way, make sure your officers are active by contacting every once in a while, and etc. While some of you have worked on them, some haven't really gone all that munch change. I still see some officers inactive and the Soul Society isn't moving along very munch. Of course we all have things to do in the real world, but no one's been giving in notice or hint of hiatus except just by not doing anything. So far I've seen these people from the crew that's been active besides myself. If I left some of you guys out, my fault, but I'm only naming who I've come across.

While some mods did give reasons for their absence, some did not. The ones that have reasons you know who you are, so no worry. The others I haven't the slightest clue. Basically Karakura Town and Hueco Mundo are moving a lot faster than the Soul Society. Basically we need to speed things up a bit here. We have new members that are coming everyday. It's just up to you whether you want to progress things a little further with new officers underneath you. If it's plots you wanna talk about, we're willing to assist you with each one.

I have been active within my own division training them for the time being. I also compleatly changed the forums in my division around. The plot can advance but what good is it gonna do if a captain dosn't train his squad. So yeah I am active and if I am not active enough for you what can I do? I have also posted like 4 threads in the forums advertising and trying to get people in but nobody has responded so again, what would you like me to do?

Not really have had the opportunity to really get my squad training since the person that plays the lieutenant has gone missing, so I have myself and 1 other in the squad.
However, I'm at a stand-still with most of my characters anyway, so it matters little right now.

Basically I've been doing my part in helping others get their plots together. If anyone needs help, I have a couple of friends who wouldn't mind joining their characters in. You just have to ask. M105 I'm sure you and Zeke are suppose to be working one so that's good, try and involve other as well. Right now the Seiretei needs to be on the move. With all the problems taking place in the storyline, it's basically giving the shinigami a purpose to fight. As long as each Division sticks to their profession, everything should go well with the Seiretei. I spoke with Tanimeso and I was telling him it all starts with Sotaicho Yatamaru. If he doesn't issue commands, then all the shinigami just mope around the Seiretei without any purpose. Be creative and find a motive.

Well I have Hueco Mundo together right now. Espada and Privaron are turning nice there. I'm more interested in how many mods will actually show up here. depending on who doesn't would clearly show you who's not really active and what not. just a thought.

I'm currently active, I was a little slow for a week due to a mega essay assignment but now I have more freedom.

Probably should clean up a little bit on the members listing since it seems like several of them aren't active.
Granted, finals are coming up so it's not really a surprise.

Right, the last guild sweep was successful. We'll probably need to hit up another one soon. First thing to do is make sure the crew's active since they make the most impact on the guild. I might require each Division captain to keep tract of the members activity in their division. Shouldn't take too munch time since there are five members per division for now.
True finals are coming up also. Graduation and all takes up time, but I usually post up my absence whenever I'm doing something.

Basically juz checking to see exactly how many of our mods are active is all. Plus to see who needs help with getting members for their divisions and who needs help with making missions and stuff like that. We just want to keep things moving is all.

I know I havent been doing munch lately character wise because my character was taken away at the moment but Orichisama you said you had plans for her. Also I've been in the middle of graduation and all that good stuff but I've been keeping up with everything that's been going on. ^^

Well you guys know I've been cracking down on the rules lately with the new members. Trying to keep them in check. Other than that I've been npc'ing my tail off with different characters. That's what I'll be majorly messing with. Anyone need npc'ing done just ask.

I've been active as well as I can.
Most of my actions/posts/characters respond to others, sorry If I'm a bit slow to respond.
In most cases, either way, I don't get online as much as I did prior due to the fact my internet is being out of whack within my bedroom.
But I do, get on every single weekday during school in my computer class (far ahead, such slow typers there...)
P: Sorry If I don't seem quite active.
It's just I'm not too sure what to do with my division, who is currently away and leaving their Taicho behind.

:] But she's about to go on a journey to find her subordinates.
Still, it's hard to think up new things to do for a medical based unit.
To sum up my ramble from a dose of medication;
My members of my Division are currently off somewhere else, location still trying to find it.
Kana's being a puppy dog and following Shiori, so she's just going wherever.
And Cheshire...he's a stuck nut, don't know where to put him at the moment.
And I don't quite know where to put Taka either.
Because it seems that her Fuku-taicho is off somewhere too.
Most of my characters don't qutie have a place to be placed at the moment. And if I did post them, they'd be idle for a good while.

Well I'm doing the best I can to be active, though being grounded from the computer didn't help.
My old Espada died thanks to Kazei (Seriously dude, thank you for killing him.)
My shinigami's currently training Hidate's subsitute shinigami, not knowing he's been promoted to Captain.
Any other characters I have are waiting to be approved.
I'll clean up my division and set it up my way, and I'll stay as active as I can.
