It will be titled "Finder no Shinjitsu", aka "The Truth of the Finder" and will include a 30-page special story (AxA, naturally) and there has also been a crossover story confirmed involving Koi wo Suru... and Viewfinder.
The crossover is planned for a november release, and I'm guessing vol.5 of Viewfinder will be released around this time as well.
