I am growing mine out. It's at the awkward can't do anything with it stage.
I have had it short for years now because I always get annoyed and cut it. It's so poofy and wavy and thick. Doesn't really look cool these days.

I got hit in the face with a kickball a while back and the lens still keeps popping out
