Lol,
Okay,
Well randomly through out the hour,
They toss in the rare pets on the create a pet page.
But you have to refresh constantly to even know if they do
Ever half hour or so they usually do it.
It's random though so it's not for sure.
Then you create the pet before you lose your chance.
