Ashley is not proud of his name. Ashley is very much a girl's name, and he is dead set in this fact. Thus, he shortens it to Ash, and if anyone says otherwise he'll sic Pikachu on them. He's obsessive about collecting things, and every day he has a new goal. Every blue thing in the house, everything that starts with the letter 'L'. He has to have them all. He's more down-to-earth than Quinn, and they tend to have arguments often. Ash will stand by his friends to the end, though, which only sounds cheesy because it's probably a song lyric. And because it's cheesy. He's fiercely protective, and insanely competitive. If anyone tries to take his friends away from him to be their friends instead, he will sic Raichou on them.

Quinton Moreau is a very flamboyant person. He runs a tattoo parlor downstairs from his apartment, and is a generally cheery person to be around. He tends to make enemies more than friends, because of his hyperactive personality. He has long blonde hair with random dyed rainbow streaks. If there's anything he likes more than caffeine, it's chocolate. If there's anything he likes more than chocolate, it's the pastries made by the French Bakerwoman across the street. (And, apparently, her son's cute, too.)
