 Mina sat with Philly on the table in front of her. She had been watching him for a little while. The ferment wanted gold for some reason and she had yet to give it to him. "Give me a good reason." The fairy fox girl said.Philly looked up at his caretaker. "Ah, you are so wise Foxy-girl. I just want to take a look at it." Philly wanted to try out one of his gold making schemes, but first he needed gold. Then a mark, but gold first.

Celeste slipped into the restaraunt and gazed around for a moment, admiring the decor. Everything was so chic and futuristic! Already she loved the place. She moved towards the tables, planning to seat herself, but found to her dismay that there were none free. Celeste frowned and headed toward the nearest table in hopes of getting a place to sit down.
Stopping near a winged woman, she motioned to the crowded sushi bar with a hand and asked, "If you're not expecting anyone, would you mind if I sat here with you?"

The fairy fox girl looked up as she was spoken to. She smiled and nodded. "Sure you can sit here. I'm Mina and this is Philly." She pointed to herself and then down to the fermented Philadelphia Roll.
The ferment smiled up at the new girl. Maybe if Mina wouldn't give him gold she would. What would be the best way? He wasn't sure as he was still young and new to things. "Hello." He finally said.

"I'm Celeste! It's nice to meet you Mina and -- Philly?" The female glanced down at the tabletop and finally noticed the small white creature smiling up at her. She gasped and took a step backwards, nearly tripping over herself. "What's -- a, um, --- Philly?" she asked Mina with a confused and frightened frown.

Mina smiled. "Oh, well he is a Go-Go ferment. He was a Philadelphia Roll, but he grew into this." She pointed again to the ferment sitting on the table top.
Philly nodded and did a sorta bow to the new girl. "Don't always want to eat the food here." He said. He was right of course. Not all things were eatable, well they were but they shouldn't be.

Celeste seated herself at Mina's table and blinked at the small... ferment, was it? Well, it seemed to be safe to be around. After all, Mina wasn't afraid of it. "So um... does all of the food here... ferment?" she asked the pair, looking uneasy to order.

Mina thought about it. "I don't think so. I think it has to be special. Like, I just couldn't eat him. Then he grew into this." She point at Philly.
Philly smiled. "Yeah, I'm special. Go anything special?" He asked the new girl.

"Really?" She shuddered, and turned to Mina with a small frown. "It was really weird... the other day, I came in and asked for a cup of boba tea. I got coffee instead -- I mean, it had the pearls in it and everything, but it wasn't tea. I can't stand coffee, it's not sweet enough for me. The waitress replaced it, but told me to keep the coffee. So I took it home. It's sitting in my fridge." She blinked and stared down at Philly. "Do you think the coffee... is gonna ferment? Can coffee even ferment?"

Mina listened the story and nodded to her. "Well, maybe it will. I mean if you don't' want to drink it and they told you to keep that makes sense to me."
Philly nodded. "Yeah, sounds good." He nodded. Philly wondered what a coffee could ferment into.

Mina looked at the time. "Oh, I must be off. Good luck with that drink!" The fox girl smiled before scooping up Philly and heading out.
Philly nodded. "Bye!"
