This is where most of the training goes one, many of the lower ranked members are around this area. They train, spar, duel and even settle hardcore rock paper scissor battles with one and another. This is were all of the squad trains, given by the vice captain. Many Shikai's are released and train for here. As, well as a few bankais too. So enjoy the battles and watch them have their fun.

Trace walked until he got to the training grounds.Standing there he said,''so this is the training grounds huh''.Then he realized he should get some training in while he had the chance.''One day,I'm gonna own this squad'',he said as he closed his eyes.He then took out his zanpakto and begin swinging it in the air.He saw some thick tall grass and begin to run at them.''Hyaa'',he said as he swung at the grass cutting it in two.
After a while of running around training, Trace decides he should rest a little.He then walks to the entrance leading out of the training grounds and sits down.''Man,I fell very tired''.He tries to stay awake but in the next minute he was sleep leaned up against a wall sitting there sleeping.

A few hours later after Trace had finished napping, Tobekei Himmimaru had appeared as a spirit in his dream.He formed a water cage over him and said, "Trace~kun, wake up. Time to start training again." He continued to try and wake him up, but to no avail.He finally had release the water cage,Trace fell right into Himmimaru's water pool.Trace woke up as soon as his body collided with the water and he was going down.Trace swam up and got into the water cage Himmimaru made for him.Now soaking wet he yelled,''What did you do that for?I could have drowned''.He said angrily.''Rise Trace''.Himmimaru yelled.
As soon as Himmimaru spoke those words,Trace was returned to his world.''Man,talk about waking up in peace''.He said as he was standing up to continue to train.Then he decided,''no,I've trained enough for today''. (exit)

Lazzy appeared in a burst of speed, his eyes were narrowed as his arm was cut where his seal was. Blood trialed down his arm as he pulled at his top hyakudo. Pulling harder, he ripped it clear off his body. He did not care of which what it was he was here to train and training was what exactly what he was going to do. Lifting his Zanpakto from his straped placement around his waist he slammed the sheath into the ground. Walking off his eyes trailed across the landscape just as he saw a few of his squad members watching him. It was rare to see Lazzy, training in the day light. Walking off toward the center of training grounds. They wanted to see just what he was really capible of. Raising his hand, he faced it toward an open area only to call out a Hado.
"Hado number 31 Shakkahō" He muttered, only to fire a ball of red energy at a given target. It's energy charged, as it grew larger and larger just until it's size was easily the size of his head. The energy within it firing it off it whistled as it rushed off into the distance. Suddenly, Lazzy vanished his body gone within a blink of an eye. He used a shunpo to gain distance on his spell. Appearing infront of his he held his arms crossed across his chest in an 'X' pattern. Taking the hit full on, air rushed from his back causing the ground the rupsure and shatter from the impact. His arms were scroched, as he took the blast only to stand right up only to repeat his action again and again.

 Division 5 - Seat 3 "You shouldn't do that to yourself." Yin said leaning against a tree. He eyed the Fuku Taicho for a second before walking toward him. "Your Taicho is worried about you and your here destroying yourself?" He had a disgusted look on his face. Yin couldn't help but glare at him. He moved his hand toward his Zanpakuto just in case the Fuku Taicho would try to attack him for odd reasons.

The Journey Begins... Kira got there moments after Yin showed up, she had pretty much ran here, more like limped here with her crutches by her side. She didnt say anything towards Lazzy but you could tell that she was confused as to why he would show up now and better yet be injuring himself more in the training grounds. A small frown appeared on her face but she was still happy Lazzy was back, now she had no need to worry anymore, she stayed a distance away from the two, not saying anything at all and out of breathe just from her run/limp here. She balanced herself in the training grounds with a confused and concerned look on her face. She was concerned because one, Lazzy was injured and two because she didnt know why it took him so long, but yet a small smile, one of understanding appeared on her face. She would just cope with him whatever it was he did and help him and support him and whatever he did, she would do anything for her Vice Captain. So Come Into my world..

Lazzy's arms were burnt and scared, trailing blood down his fists. Casting a glare of his own, he stopped only to crack his neck pulling his hands into his pockets. "Don't judge my form of Training, just because you do not wish to become stronger isn't my fault." Lazzy spoke in a harsh tone as he normally wasn't like this he was more of a calm contented person who wouldn't give a care in the world toward insults. His eyes flared as he meet his up with Yin's only to watch his hands move toward his Zanpakuto. Laughing slightly, he rose his hand toward the third seat. "Are you planning to attack me? if you want to come on. I'll be more than willing to beat some sense into you." He said with a large smirk, as his red eyes flared, only to release some of reijastu. His body flared with his power, as if he had acheived something great in the few moments that he was gone. Lazzy wasn't one who was good at sensing spirtual pressures. So he could not feel his captain in the distance as his interest lied in his little friend right infront of him. "So what do you say? A simple spar between Shinigami? I need to blow off some steam. And you have no right to say anything to me about being worried about my captain." Lazzy spoke, pulling his hands from his pockets opening his palms as he flexed his fingers. "I couldn't protect her, what is a lieutant who cannot protect his own captain. I must become stronger, I must. I cannot allow that to happened again......" He said with a pure and sincere expression. Only to glare back into his eyes, awaiting his response.

Division 5 - Seat 3 "I understand how you feel, but this becoming stronger doesn't need to be life threatning." He said as he looked at the younger Fuku Taicho. Even though Yin was a 3rd seat, he was well capable of fending off Vice captains with ease. "If you want to fight, go right ahead and attack me, Just don't expect me to be holding back." He turned his head toward Kira. He wished she wasn't there at the moment. He didn't want to let her see him like this. He unsheathed his Zanpakuto and started to walk backwards.

Lazzy's eyes were filled with a disturbed emotion. Was he giving pity on Lazzy? Clenching his teeth, Lazzy's mind was going threw fits on anger. He wanted to rip this man to shreds, as he would. His fist was clenched only to, crack his neck. His legs flexed, as he squatted down performing a stance. Was he not going to use his zanpakto? Was he mad? but isn't the best way to train the body would be in life or death situations? That was how he always thought, Lazzy had no one who could help him in his lust for power. He wanted to protect all of the worlds. It was a silly dream he knew it but he sure as hell wasn't going to allow it to hold him down. His feet bounced, as he rushed toward his left in a quick dash. His body vanished, into a shunpo appearing toward the right. He wasn't going to give him his all but he wanted to blow off some steam. Twisting his body, he performed something that didn't seem possible. Leaping into the air, he performed and back round house kick only to vanish once again. He performed a shunpo in mid-air during an attack like that. It didn't seem natural, not many people could do that yet Lazzy trained daily. He gave it his all all the time as his results gave him this. He could remeber the countless days he was left breathless from his sheer determination, and his will to press on. His body appeared once again right above Yin, his leg held back only to come rushing down aiming to slam his shin right into the dark haired man's shoulder blade.

Division 5 - Seat 3 Yin quickly moved to right of him, dodging the kick that was coming to the top of his head. Yin was not in the mood to put up with this stubborn Vice Captain. As Lazzy would land on the ground. Yin would Shunpo to where he was. Giving Lazzy no time to react, Yin quickly went for a punch at his lower chest and then, with his other hand, would try to hit him in the left side of his face. He smiled before he vansihed. He then apeared about two meters to his left side. Yin jumped into the air and went for a round house kick to his right side. If he where to miss, Yin would land on his hands and spin while doing a hand stand and continue his kicks.

His attack failed, but he smirked just as his oppoenet attacked him with the fury of blows. Without any time to react Lazzy was struck in his solar plexius, a place that would normally knock the wind out of a person on contact. It was right under the ribs, but dead center on his lower chest. The impact was different, Lazzy felt the attack yet he took it straight on. The pain was minuscule along with his attack, twisting around the instant after his attack Lazzy threw a swift kick toward the third seat. The instant his attack laid contact, he felt nothing as Yin vanished without a trace. Only to attack again toward his right side, Lazzy's eyes watched his form as it held great potential but held many flaws within it. Even if they were tiny one's he still could see them all the clearer. Even if it was a tiny widened motion that seemed slightly to wide he could see it as if it was moving in a slower motion. "Bring you leg in!, tuck it before you send a kick!" Lazzy spoke taking the kick but in a different sense. Catching his leg Lazzy held it firmly with a single hand, His grip was firm and rock solid only to follow up was a quick slidding boot toward his oppoents leg which held him standing aiming to send him off balance. During his swift tripping motion Lazzy flipped forward with Yin's leg in hand using his tripping kick as a feint only to move into his real attack. Quickly flipping forward with his leg, Lazzy landed onto his legs using the momentum of his movement aiming to throw Yin back toward the wall. Knowing that this would be pointless as many shinigami could simply air walk if he threw him into the air. He changed it up and merely aimed to throw him toward the ground beneath them both, if Yin would contact the ground the dirty would create a slight creator nothing to be astounded about but something that if taken could cause some damage.

The Journey Begins... Kira stood still a little ways away but could see the fight clearly and a small smirk came to her face, it was interesting to see both the 3rd seat and her vice fight, they were very close in skill, she wondered who would win and as long as they didnt try to kill each other Kira made no attemps to stop the fight but to simply watch with interest at the two opponents. She stood still standing balancing on her crutches as she did a small smile and closed her eyes letting the wind calm her. So Come Into my world..

Division 5 - Seat 3 Yin smiled all the while Lazzy was swinging him around. As he was moving toward the ground, he decided to take the hit to the ground. He braced himself as he hit the ground. He hit the dirt straight on with his back. A small cough of blood came from Yin's mouth but not much that would cause much trouble. Yin quickly aimed his left leg at Lazzy's head but purposly kicked over his head so he could get back up. Yin was on his feet once again but his right leg was still in Lazzy's grip but his left was still free. His back was to him too. Yin Hopped forward just a little before doing a front flip while trying to kick him in the chin, hoping that he would make contact to get Lazzy to let go of his other leg. As he would try to land again he turned to Lazzy, kneeling about 5 meters away from him. He motioned Lazzy to come at him, mocking him at the same time.

 Soma appeared in the area standing in a tree above the training ground. In the end Soma knew that his 3rd seat was a very capable person to become his next vice captain but, he wanted to see how much Yin could handle himself in the end. Soma crossed his arms while he looked down at the training grounds below him and watched the fight that had started to take place.
"Lets see Yin. I really want to see what you are made of if your strong enough to learn your bankai. This will be the start of your first test Yin. Show me what your made up my friend."
After Soma said that he stood on the tree and watched everything.

Lazzy's eyes widened watching him take the impact so well. This man was great, he earned his respect from Lazzy. Watching him groan blood from his throat Lazzy held a content smile across his face. His eyes narrowing only to take the kick full force, blood rushed from his nose as he took the hit head on. Taking the kick that was meant to be a feint Lazzy continued to smile. He didn't seem to be phased by the lad's attack but the blood was still their. Leaning forward Lazzy took a step forward still grasping his leg holding an open palm as it faced behind him. Drawing his fingers toward the top of the balls of his palm. Thrusting forward his bicep flexing revealing his extremely dense muscles only to come in contact with Yin's kick. The impact shook the ground, as with the given stance Lazzy held much more balance sending Yin flying, only to watch him twist and turn landing a mere five meters away from him. Lazzy didn't seem phased by the incredible feet that he just did. That attack that Lazzy just performed could rip a weak howl in half. Clenching his fist his knuckles cracked, time and time again as he repeated his motion. Standing tall, Lazzy gave off a bow toward his opponent giving his a token of respect. His arm crossed his chest, just as he rose back toward his original position. "I have accepted you as a rival, and as an equal. You are strong Yin, I respect you for that." Lazzy spoke walking forward, toward Yin without a hint of hesitation. Raising his hand, his zanpakuto shook from the implacement that it was in. It lifted from the ground floating emitting an incredible amount of spiritual energy only to rush over toward Lazzy's hand as he caught it grasping it tightly. Placing his thumb againist the nostrial that wasn't bleeding he blew our the extra blood without a wince of pain. Holding out an open hand Lazzy smiled as he was going to offer him his friendship and the enterance to the next step. " Now, let us fight like real warriors as Shinigami with the weapons of our soul. With honor, and let us push each other to our limits and grow stronger from it." He spoke, as his captain knew that he wasn't really one who spoke like that unless it was for a given reason. His smile was true as he awaited the response of his ally and his new friend.
