Class Announcements(Please read!)

Dear students and their guardians;

I am proud to announce the beggining of the newest marching season. This year, we plan to have an excellent time, and we hope to continue our school's record of grand achievements. Occasionally, I will send a letter home to your parents, telling of important dates. There will be a bulletin board located in the band room that will have the most recent letter sent out on it, so students will be reminded each day of upcoming events.

Dear students and Guardians;

Attached to this letter is a schedule for the month of August. It will include everything you need to know. I will let you and your students know if there are any changes that need to be made. Also, announcements will be made in class about this season's music and drill.

Quick reminder: Students are to be in class at 7:50 a.m. School ends at 3:00 p.m.

*Blow the letter is a list of dates and events. The first date is real time, the second is roleplay time*
(Rehearsals are everyday 6:30 a.m to 7:30 a.m. School starts at 7:45 a.m. Night rehearsals are Mondays and Fridays 6-9. Game nights have no rehearsal)
May 2-Monday, August 11: First day of school. No morning rehearsal. Night rehearsal 6-9
May 6-Friday, August 15: Night rehearsal 6-9
May 14-Friday, August 22: Home game against Lincoln Heights
May 15-Saturday, August 23: Begining of year picnic
May 21-Friday, August 29: Rehearsal 6-9
