I've never done this before, but I may be able to do it.
It wouldn't be digitally colored or anything.
I could make you picture on a scratchboard, and then I'll send it to you in a pm, for say 10-15K
If we go somewhere between 50-60K I will actually mail you the the rough sketch, and the finished piece. [If you live in the U.S.]
