Chaos: It was a quiet spring morning when Temperance woke up and went down to the river for a drink. It had been chilly the rest of that week but today it was warm and sunny. She smiled as the warmth touched her back and she wondered if anyone else was out yet.

Cowwy: A little one was curled up sleeping next to some bushes by the river.Her family had been here the night before.They must have went to a different place.Linnie opened one eye to see if anyone else was around.Noticeing a mare standing near the river she stood and kept quiet.Her ears purked up.

Chaos: A little rustle nearby made Teppy look up fromt eh water and look around. She thought she saw something move ever so slightly and she paused, wondering what it could be. She took a few steps towards it warily, trying not to scare it away.

Cowwy: Linnie looked at the mare.She squealed and took off into the bushes.She stuck her muzzle out a little bit and watched her.

Chaos: Teppy took a startled step back when a filly went squealing into a bush. She immediately felt bad about scaring her and followed quitly, lowering her head to look at Linnie. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you... Where's your family?"

Cowwy: Linnie blinked a couple times."..."She shook lightly."I'm not sure..."She cam out and hid under the mares belly.

Chaos: The little filly hid under her, making Teppy feel sorry for her. "Well, maybe I can help you find them?" She knew a youngster like her wasn't safe by herself, even in a quiet morning like this. "Do you remember how you got here?"

Cowwy: "Me and my family were having races and I was too tired to go any father.And they accidently left me here."She shivered and stood under Teppy.This mare made her feel safe.

Chaos: If the were racing, they could have traveled quite far... Teppy tried to think of more things to ask, to see if Linnie could give her any hints. "Does your family live near humans?" She asked gently, to see if she might have come from around the human settlement. If not she would start somewhere by the wild herds.

Cowwy: "No...We live in tent thingers...But no humans around.They never come around to see us.We fend for ourselfs."She looked up to her."I'm hungry..."

Chaos: Teppy blinks. How strange... An abandoned human settlement, perhaps? She couldn't recall such a place. "Well let's go find some food," Teppy said, nuzzling Linnie's mane softly. She looked around and spotted some soft green grass, freshly sprouted. "Look over here..." She led the way to it.

Cowwy: Linnie followed with her tail inbetween her legs.Was this mare nice?or mean?She seemed nice to this point."Okay,I'm Linnie!"She said Happly.

Chaos: "Linnie huh? That's a pretty name!" She smiled, glad that the filly seemed to be warming up to her. "My name is Temperance, but you can just call me Teppy," the seasonal mare finished with a nod. She took a small mouthful of the grass, to show that it was safe.

Cowwy: Linnie watched her a little."Nice to meet you Teppy."She smiled and started eating some of the grass.Flicking her tail lightly she ran back under Teppy.They were friends she hoped.

Chaos: "Ready to go?" Teppy asked, hoping the filly had gotten her fill. Who knew how long they had to go? "Let me see..." She looked for the area again, and picked a direction where she thought humans might have passed through. "Why don't we go this way?" She started off at a good pace, making sure that Linnie could keep up without getting too tired.

Cowwy: Linnie nodded and followed after her."Maybe,my family likes to go to the waterfall.Its the place where my mommy and daddy first met."She smiled lightly

Chaos: Teppy's face lit up. She had been to the waterfall before with a friend. And it wasn't that far... she had just come from the river after all. "Okay, let's go to the waterfall!" she pranced a little bit excitedly, glad she could be some help.

Cowwy: Linnie looked at Teppy."Your funny!"She laughed.Following her as quick as she could she whinnied lightly."You like the water fall too?"

Chaos: She giggled, swishing her long tail behind her. "Yeah, it's a pretty place. And it's fun to splash around in it," she said with a wink. "Though it's been a while since I've been there."

Cowwy: Linnie ran under her belly a couple times and laughed."Really?Sounds fun."

Chaos: "Yep! Do you have any brothers or sisters? You could splash them good," Teppy laughed, remembering some of the goofy things she did when she was a foal. She swung her mane out of the way, giggling as Linnie darted under her.

Cowwy: Linnie smiled."Yep.2 others.A brother and sister. I think they are much prettier than me."

Chaos: "How so? You're a beautiful filly if you ask me," Teppy said warmly, touching Linnie lightly on the head with her muzzle.

Cowwy: "Mahhh I'm not that pretty.They have prettier colors than me and better markings.I look more like Daddy."

Chaos: "You're only as pretty as you think you are," Teppy replied with a nod. I think you're very pretty, with your brown coat and pretty spots."

Cowwy: "Thank you Teppy.Your very pretty.Have you found anyone yet?"

Chaos: "Found anyone?" Teppy blinked, needing to think for a minute what she might mean. Of course fillies dreamed of finding a mate and starting families of their own... it wasn't really that unusual of a question. "Nope, I'm on my own right now! That'll come someday," she said with a confident smile.

Cowwy: "Yeah."Listening to Teppy she nodded."Why haven't you found anyone?Like mommy and Daddy?”Linnie watched her more.

Chaos: "I just haven't found the right stallion," Teppy giggled. "You'll understand when you're older, I think. And we're almost there." She stepped high, which made her look a little silly. "If we keep going this way."

Cowwy: Following her she jumped around.”Well...Okay.”She smiled a little bit and looked around.Noticeing the river near the water fall she ran towards it and tripped into it,making it splash everywhere.

Chaos: Teppy couldn't help but laugh as Linnie fell into the water. "You okay? Haha, those rocks are slippery!" A little more carefully she stepped into the water too. It was a little chillier than she expected. From where they were she could see anyone else, but it would be fun to stop and play.

Cowwy: Linnie smiled.”I’m fine!”She jumped around and splashed Teppy.”Are you my friend!?”

Chaos: "Of course I'm your friend," Teppy smiled, then laughed as she was splashed. "Hey! I'll get you for that." She splashed water with her front hoof then bounded towards the waterfall. A rainbow shone in the mist where the sun hit it.

Cowwy: “oooo Rainbow!”She ran through it.”Yay!Friends!”She giggled and hopped around.

Chaos: Teppy grinned at the excited filly's antics. "You know, I don't think I've been splashed enough..." she teased, tossing her wet mane back. She backed up a bit into the waterfall, letting the cool water wash over her neck.

Cowwy: Linnie laughed at Teppy”Your silly!”She followed Teppy into the waterfall.”Hopping around more she splashed Teppy
