Wow I forgot how tedious the training process is. How did I ever get MULTIPLE parties up to lvl 100? How do you guys go about training? Right now I am just on Iron Island trying to get my Dragonair and Pupitar to level 40. Any reccomendations on where I should train these two? Once this is done though I think my EVs could be solid enough to tackle many things. Oh and a quick question. How do my Empoleon's EV's look because this is arguably be strongest Pokemon.
Empoleon Lvl. 43 Modest ATK: 81 DEF: 91 Sp. ATK: 119 Sp. DEF: 104 Speed: 69

For what? If you fight all of the trainers, you'll level just fine. EV first- If you traded over the necessary power items, it will only take about 20 minutes to fully EV your pokemon, then just blaze through everything. I don't think enemy trainer pokemon are EV trained, so even at a lower level you will have a significant advantage.

I normally don't get my pokemon to lvl 100 but for gaining levels fast, why not use a lucky egg. It usually helps abit with acumulating exp.

When I level up a certain Pokemon I try to find a place that it has a type advantage over, and where the wild Pokemon are a little bit higher level than it. It usually works just fine. You can go to Vicotry Road to level up Pokemon too. Their's are a diverse types of wild Pokemon that inhabit it.
