I'm an international relations major, so I hear this term all the time. The term itself really doesn't mean anything, but has to be looked at in the context of a time period Right now its basically the rise of the Chinese/Russians/India and Euros.
You could also use it to describe the global system changing from a unipolar (American run) system to a multipolar (Europe, US, India, China) or bipolar (European Union and US). You could debate for ages which direction we are going.
Is that what you were talking about?

If you need help with it then research it. the New World Order, also known simply as the nWo, was a professional wrestling stable, created in WCW, and brought over to the WWE when WCW was purchased. They were known for attempting to "seize control" of the WCW, and also, more notably, was infamous for having been started by Hulk Hogan, who had become a bad-guy in the process. There have been many different "versions" of the nWo, including "nWo", the original, later re-dubbed "nWo Hollywood" to avoid confusion with other incarnations, bearing a black and white logo, the "nWo Wolfpac" which was started to combat Hollywood, bearing a red and black logo, and the "nWo 2000", bearing a black and silver logo. Er...wait...you mean the REAL New World Order, don't you? I don't really know much about that...

Well about the Obama deception...
I always wondered how Bush supporters felt knowing their president was constantly mocked, and now I kind of have an idea. I look at these things, I read them, and then I ignore them.
People are always going to hate the president, and the person elected in 2016 (assuming Obama gets another term) will most certainly be "the worst president ever".

Well what I kind of meant was there is so much knowledge out there it would be impossible to be completely transparent with the American people. Also, let me put it this way. If you're fighting a war, are you going to publish your troop movements? We need to have a balance between transparency and understanding there are some things that we can't be told.

The New World Order is completely totalitarian from what information Ive gathered and now there are talks about having a central bank of the world that controls basically everything.
