I have a rather interesting situation.
My newest white male betta just ate his albino frog living mate. Neither have been aggressive towards each other in the 5 1/2 months I've had them, but all of a sudden, The Brain [the betta] went psycho and ate Pinky [The frog].

The frog would have eaten the Betta anyway when it got bigger. There are two common species of aquatic frog in the Aquarium hobby. The African Dwarf Frog and the African Clawed frog. The Dwarfs stay small but the Claws get huge and eat anything that can fit in their mouths. ADFs don't have an albino morph, while ACFs do.
Your Betta must have a huge outh to have been able to eat the frog, unless it ate it bit by bit? I think they do have teeth, but that would have taken a long time and you would have noticed chunks missing from your frog.

I have heard of bettas biting the toes of newts and frogs off, but never of a betta killing a frog. But, the betta may be the source, if the frog was sickly, the betta could have attacked and killed it, or if the frog was very small, smaller then the betta at least the betta may have seen it as prey. I once had a very agressive female betta that managed to kill a female fidler crab that was the same size as her. So I won't put anything beyond a determined and strong, healthy betta. Also, when bettas hunt they don't flare. They are like cats, they stalk their prey, and pretend not to be interrested untill the perfect moment arises.
