There seems to be some confusion as to what this "squad" is about. I'm posting this to clear it up. DO NOT DELETE THIS THREAD.
The Kyokugaisha is a squad for Shinigami, and only Shinigami, who have no connections to anyone else. They are not Vizard, they are not Zaigou, they don't work with the Bount, the Quincy or the Hollows in Las Noches. They are not a member of one of the Geotei 13 Squads.
This is a group, it is not really even a squad, that exists simply to give you mutual support and so that you have a group of people you can be with. That's it.
New shinigami who are not yet members of a squad ARE NOT PART OF THIS GROUP. You have to have been a member of a squad FIRST and then leave it to be in this group.
When you leave your squad, you will gain no more skills. If you only know three kidou and your shikai, that's all you will ever have. You will have one gegai. You have no access to equipment or intelligence gathered by the squads.
Remember how Maki Ichinose was treated by EVERYONE when he came back to the Soul Society? That will be you. You will have had a position in the Geotei and you will have left it, quit your position and your responsibilities, broken your oaths to go to the Human World. That is the ONLY method into this squad.
Consider this when you feel you want to apply for this "squad".
You will also lose any official position you have with the Squads. If your relationship with your squad or others is strong enough, you might be able to get unofficial help, but nothing official.
