There are such things, but normally, those things aren't associated with candy and pumpkins and such.
Vampires are linked to murders, just as ghosts are.
Ghosts exist when the person they used to be dies in an unsatisfied way. Like when people are murdered, they often want revenge on the person that killed them so they haunt that murderer until they are dead.
Vampires, are really mosquitos in the modern world and they are all ladies. They suck the blood so that they live. And they feed the males and their young with human blood. They prefer lakes and watery places that are warm and damp.
The kind of vampire spoken of in legend is what vampires used to be before modern day evolution, like after Noah's ark kind of deal. The Great Flood had wiped out everything except for a select few animals and a dozen people. Or so the bible says. It is safe to say that Vampires did not die, but merely changed.
In like 1914 or whenever in biblical times that Jesus had been resurrected to heaven, this is when the change actually happened and when insects actually came into being. I mean the bad insects such as wasps, mosquitos... insects that are truly pests and bother human folk.
Bees are not considered evil insects neither are select spiders. Spiders get rid of mosquitos that are evil. Bees, particualrily honeybees, provide food for humans in exchange for beatuiful and delicious flowers for them to drink the nectar from.
Werewolves are not exactly real yet... they will be though. They are technically a crossbreed of human and wolf. Saiyans are humans crosbred with Oozaru monkeys that reside in the tropical forests of Japan where humans do not yet go.

I know all of this because this topic deals with stuff that is mythical and a lot of people would shut you up for good just for mentioning it. Controversial. However, I have dedicated my life to make my dream world and my friend Wolf of the Sacred Wind's world more understandable places to be.
These worlds consist of mythical creatures. Some info, like the stuff on the mosquitos, I got off of animal crossing, but with deep thought, it makes sense.
Like Dragonball Z, the main concept whether Akira Toriyama admits it or not, is based on a mythical parallel. He was likely thinking of werewolves at the time of when he wrote about the first saiyan transformation, he needed an explanation for the monkey tail. So, he likely did research and found that the Oozaru Monkey... I am assuming they are native to either Japan or China... but they are a tropical monkey... has tails.
Then of course, you probably have heard talk of crossbreeding, or the possibility of it being done. Whether it was morally wrong or not, that wasn't the point. The point was, what would happen if you could mate a human with an Oozaru monkey and what would the result be?
When the animated movie Bio Broly came out, there was the solution scientists need to create saiyans. Take one sample of DNA from an Oozaru monkey, if they can get their mitts on one... doubt it, but whatever... and then take a human's DNA sample, and create a new life from Bio technology. Trunks as a character was a genius.
It is possible to create a new life from a single cell of any living being.

Does anyone here believe that there is a difference between a Good Vampire and a Bad one?
If so, what are the differences between each? The obvious one is good and one is bad doesn't count.

This was hardly the place to be mentioning that, save for the Werewolves bit. And if you want help like that, you must PM some people.

Andy was in Oozaru mode when he entered the hotel and sat down to have something to eat. He wondered if anyone was going to give him a banana as a joke.

Every halloween where I come from, Dante, the Guardian of Hell, he usually plays some sort of trick on all of us. We all have a good laugh of course, but sometimes I get the thinking that there is something better we could be doing.
