Has anyone else ever had dreams about things burning down around them or people they know and love being caught in a fire?
I have been having recurring dreams about fire since I was 10 years old and our fireplace burnt up the inside of our lounge room wall. I think it has something to do with that, but I'm not entirely sure.
I had this one dream where my younger sister Sarah who's only 8, and her best friend who's the same age, were playing on a playground in their school and I was watching them from nearby, when suddenly the playground turned into a building and Sarah and her friend were trapped inside and I couldn't get to them. Then suddenly my Dad came and he took me into his car and started driving away, and I was yelling at him to turn around and go back so I could save them, but he just kept on driving and I had to sit there and watch my sister and her friend burn to death. And then I woke up, sweating really badly and I felt like I was on fire for an hour after I woke up.
I've had several dreams like this where people I love have been caught in buildings that are on fire. Or I'm stuck in my house that is burning down and i have no way of getting out.
Can anyone tell me if this means anything??? I'm really curious.
