this anime is a about these people with special powers called contracters. they got there powers once the heaven's gate appeared on earth. in order to use their powers afterwords they have to complete their contract which pretty much ranges from anything to anything. (like from drinking bear to smoking cigarettes) or singing, turning book pages, or writing poetry and etc.
the main character is lei shang shun(i think thats how thats spelled...), who goes on missions for the syndicate and kills other contracters.
but enough of that. has anyone seen it? or if not have you been intrigued?

theres not really much romance, and only a little bit of comedy in it. its mostly serious action/drama stuff.
