1 - We can't have anyone disrespecting the TOS.
We don't EVER wanna get in trouble with Gaia! After all, it's based on THIS world that BOWBS is founded on... so lets not do stupid things in here! Watch your language and be cautious about explicit image posting! Like the Manga we want the guild to be PG friendly. We have people of all ages coming in and we don't want "questionable" convos or images in here that might frighten the kids in the guild! Any such posting will result in banning.
2 - Properly Label your threads.
It just makes everything easier if you write exactly what kind of thread you have. If it's for art, Fan Fiction Writing, RPing, A Fan Club or even just for discussion comic events, then PLEASE title it so people will know where to go. Depending on the popularity of certain threads, we might even make a separate forum if these threads multiply and a quick way for us to know that, is to see from the title exactly how many there are in the forum.

BOWBS Timeline
For the sake of Fan Fiction, I figured it can be pretty useful to offer a time line based off known events in the comic. This timeline will be updated as new events arise. Now, seeing as the production of the pages is obviously slower then the events that are passing, I will the start on the date the first page was posted on as a point of origin. It's from there that I will move forward or backtrack in the story.
I will NOT reveal any information that is vital to the plot/character development unless it's already be revealed in the comic.

 What is BOWBS Commentaries you ask? Is Basically, Me, Belladona Nightshade voicing my mind and thoughts on anything from the characters and the manga to me getting angry at my pens and computer for not letting finish my pages on time!! xd Sometimes it will be interesting and thought provoking. Frequently Asked Questions
These are questions that you should read before asking me anything on this thread. PLEASE READ THIS. I won't respond to any questions that are mentioned in this F.A.Q.
Question 1 - How do you make comics?
How do you make anything? O_o Work, ideas, work and more work! xd Questions like these are very difficult to explain if the person doesn't have a specific topic of interest. How do I make lines? How do I come up with ideas? How do I get up every week and dedicate a day (or bits of several) to making a page? How do I figure out my layouts? All of these more specific questions are what I will be addressing below in detail.
Question 2 - Can you put me in the comic?
It wouldn't really be fair if I could just put any person I meet into the comic. Not only that, but there would be a countless amount of characters that would be as flat as cardboard and the plots would twist to the point that it would get confusing and tiring. I make CONTESTS to be in the comic. So please no requests to be in the comic. I won't do it as a favor and I won't accept bribe. I will only put in people who deserve or people who's avatars/character I find sooooo interesting, that I feel like they would benefit the comic.
Question 3 - I won a contest, but it's been foreeeeeeeeeeever since you've seen me? Where is my character?
It's pretty simple. All, if not 90% of the people chosen to be in the comic via a contest are TERTIARY characters. This means that they are pretty expendable and will probably be used as plot devices. This means that the chances of your character appearing once or twice in the entire length of the comic is entirely possible. I may create tertiary characters that will return for the sake of continuity, but keep in mind that I have 5 main characters. Keeping the comic evenly dispersed with them is already a difficult task. I don't want to have to worry about characters that are not essential to the comic. It's harsh, but I really don't want people to start complaining to me about this. If they return, it will have to be in moments/scenes that are convenient/advantageous to the comic as a story.
Question 4 - What programs do you use for your lines?
Answer: My hand. O_o I'm not kidding. I ink all the pages by hand, scan them at a high resolution (at least 200 or 300 dpi) clean with photoshop CS2, boost the contrast, kill the color, edit (dialogue, speech bubbles + any adjustments to frames) and reduce to posting size. That's pretty much all I do.
Question 5 - How did manage to make over 100 pages of comic!? O_o
The answer to this is RHYTHM! At first, I made one page a month and it was long and tedious. So for the first 3 or 4 pages it took me 3 or 4 MONTHS to get anything accomplished. These sort of delays are what tends to kill comic making! Delaying things means that they will NEVER get done. So seize the day and just DO IT. I know some people think: "I'm not good enough to make a comic," but if you take it as: "This is my practice for when I become REALLY good" then you will learn 2 things. The first is that you will learn to produce a constant amount of art. Because of this, you will have no choice but to draw more and subsequently get better! Really, like everything, practice is always key! The second thing will be that your art style will start to become more stable. This means that all of a sudden, as your art skill increase, you will also be able to make art that looks like the previous pages. This is very important when making anything in a series. Stability. I also found that giving myself deadlines helped TREMENDOUSLY. Don't delay production for over a week. The colder your tracks get, the less likely you are to follow them.
Question 6- Who's the most difficult character to draw?
I think sometimes I have a bit of trouble stabilizing JB's face. Maybe it's because I have set features for him. (pointy eyes, specific eyebrows, more angular face) So trying to get him consistent is hard. Alba and Josh are more rounded (especially Alba's jaw line) and I tend to go more "pretty" for both. (Josh cause he's the pretty type & Alba cause he's more boyish) I want JB to look more masculine then the two. Bella and Bubbleh tend to have very similar features (a lot of my females do) but I try more subtle differences like rounding off Bubbleh's eyes a bit and making Bella's a bit small in size...
