Here's the list of all of the cancer awareness ribbons we've collected so far. If you know of a cancer not listed here, please post and share its ribbon with us!

Post these in your signature or anywhere to show your support for The Daffodil Movement. heart Feel free to tinyurl the link or whatever you need to do, though I suggest trying to tinyurl the image first and resort to tinying the link last since a lot of people don't trust tiny links.

We also love to receive new ribbons for existing colors. Post any ribbons you draw here and I'll add them too! 4laugh

Disclaimer. I've gotten a lot of PMs about the issue of colors. This is by no means a definitive list- there are meaning and color variations all over the web and media. I think the most heated debate is the color for Lung cancer- Some say it's clear, some say it's white, some say that both work or that one represents survivors and the other non survivors... I personally think that clear is a creative ribbon and works better for Lung, but either works for what we're doing here. All of these colors are the ones to use for the purposes of TDM. Variations aside, this is what we're using here.

I am doing Relay for Life, and are these in any way related? They both are about Cancer, and the ribbons are similar. I love your idea, and I love helping out! But sadly, all my Daffodils are gone from my garden, and my Gaia daffodils are gone also. ; - ;

TDM is based off of the American Cancer Society's "Daffodil Days" program. ACS also does Relay for Life.

Also, the ribbons are pretty much universal. There are some differences here and there, but for the most part they are^^

What if we got Gaia to make ribbons? like equipable ribbons? like one ribbon, but then when you click on it to equip it its different colors for different cancers? This may not really be on topic and I'm sorry but I thought it was sort of related.

What would be cancer in the leg?

I'm not sure, it depends on how it originated.

There are blood and bone related cancers that could affect the leg, like Leukemia and Lymphoma. Or it could be a skin-related cancer like Melanoma. Or it could be a muscle cancer.
