History: Annila grew up in the freezing Minnesota plains as the only child of poor farmers. When her skill with dancing was discovered, her parents forced her to practice constantly, with no concern for her wishes, in hopes that she would bring them fame and fortune. After hitting the big stage, Annila bought her parents a house, gave them a small fortune, and then shut them out of her life. She has traveled all over the world with her ballet company until her fame forced her into a more secluded life. She met her best friend and body guard, Dustine Alistair, while in New York City. Not to long after that she meet the love of her life, Blake when he saved her from a vampire that had been drawn by her physic abilities. Now she and Dustine have come with Blake to the Carpathian mountains.

History: he and his brother were raised in a traditional Carpathian home and he learned all the typical skills. at 200 he lost his emotions and went out as a hunter for the King. while searching for a vampire in london, he found his lifemate but she is running from him. Or at least that is what he thinks. He has tracked her to the Carpathian Mountains and now that she is on his home turf, he isnt going to let her get away again.

Description: He has long dark hair, light brown eyes, and although still pale he has slightly weathered looking features. He has the broad chest and well muscled physique of most Carpathian males.
History: Lutalo was one of the ancients that went out at Mikhail's father's order. He went down to Egypt to fight the vampires that lived there and used the old myths of the mummies and other such mystical things to hide in plain sight. After several centuries of being alone, cut off from even his own people. Now with the call for the ancients to return home, Lutalo has come back to the mountains to report to Mikhail and receive his prince's next orders.

Description:Dedra would be beautiful if it wasnt for her hard lifestyle. She has short, pixie length black hair that would look better if she didnt cut it herself with scissors. Her eyes are a vivid green but usually blood shot and thick with bags from lack of sleep. She wears dirty torn clothes, typically jeans and t shirts.
History: When Dedra was a child, she used to see people around her all the time. They would talk and play with her and she thought nothing of it. But when she got past the age for imaginary friends, she realized that the people that she saw werent there. Her parents, terrified of her claims of seeing people and hearing voices, resorted to everything from exorcisms to long stays in mental institutions. While locked up she was raped and abused by various workers but her parents attributed her claims to her craziness. As she became older, Dedra was desperate to stop the voices. She became suicidal and a cutter, addicted to both alcohol and drugs, anything to distract her from the things that she experienced. When she turned 18, she used money that she had saved to flea her parents and America coming to Europe. After spending years on the streets in the world's oldest profession, she has found herself in the small village. Alone and not in a great mental state, she is simply looking for her next fix and her next meal.
