I have a lv.100 Shiny ev trained Articuno legit for trade.
I am looking for good shinies.
Ev trained Pokemon. And at least in the 90-100 level range.

I don't check Iv's Oh and it's Ev's are 252 in SP.ATk and 250 in Speed, and 6 in HP.

Yeah, but I have a preference to an English name. I can't stand having like one Japanese Pokemon and the rest all english.
