Greetings and Welcome to the Lost Cove, the Home of Loyalty Unending!
Loyalty Unending was a group of cubs who banded together long ago, with vows of love, friendship and loyalty. Whenever one was in trouble, the others would be there. Each member had a secret place they went to, and within the group, they shared these places...
This is the Lost Cove, discovered by Jadera and Akitana. Later they shared the secrets with trusted family, and friends. This 'second generation' of Cove-Keepers became L.U.
But they have grown up and had families of their own, and those children have their parent's secret to keep! So L.U.2 is born, and bring on the cubs!

((Insert Scene of Simba Chasing Rafiki... This is that Woods/Pool section))
The forest is thick and wild, with gnarled roots, bent trunks, low branches and vines. Thick brush, rocks, and plantlife obscure the paths that wind through this natural labyrinth. There is a field on the outside of the woods, then the seemingly impassable forest itself. Within is the small meadow, with the high grass around the small pool, set into a natural depression in the earth.
Description: This is Jade and Aki's Hideaway....
Through the Savannah, beyond the No-Lands, there is an imposing wall of forest. This, unlike the other forest, is uninhabited by lions. While out on their adventures, two cubs discovered a vine-covered entrance into the maze-like woods. Winding over roots, under roots, under low branches, through bushes, around and through vines, and zigzaging through trees, there is a path. This hidden path was carved by the cubs themselves, and were a stranger to actually find their way here, they would not see it. The path leads to a hidden pool. The small body of water, known as the DreamPool, is set down nearly a Lion's Height into the ground, surrounded by its high rock walls, and then a border of grass above ground.
Here Akitana and Jade come to swim, and talk.
Hidden beyond the DreamPool, is a narrow stream that cuts through the rocks back to the source of the pool's water. Another small lake, with a decent sized waterfall. These falls are called StarFalls, so named for no matter what time of day it is, they are as dark as the night sky and lit with stars. This strange water seems to flow with a soft music that no one can truly hear, only feel. The falls are rarely disturbed, EVEN by Jade or Aki.. They themselves only went to the falls once, to make secret wishes... Beyond that, the Falls are left alone to preserve their magic, and are almost sacred.

*How It Began: An excellant question! There are several different threads that have been woven by fate into the second Loyalty Unending... And as time goes on, I am sure more shall reveal themselves! For now, I shall discuss these first few.
Loyalty Unending was founded by Naharia, Aritania, and Issaria... The three, all shown the hideout by the original founders -Jade and Akitana- united in one cause. Friendship. And friends need a secret place! So they gathered the group and came here!
With adulthood came the wish to pass on the secret, and so, a new group was formed!
*Who Made It:
Lat's Crew:
Acierta: Acierta is the first member of Loyalty Unending 2. Shown this secret place by her aunt Issaria, she too took the oath to keep the secret and defend her friends.
Kizrain: Kizrain is the next member of L.U.2. His mother Jadera actually showed him the glade, for every princess is in need of a strong prince to guard! He is Acierta's escourt when she wishes to come to this secret place.
Citali: How Citali came to know of this place, well, the other's aren't sure! But in she popped one day, her brother(s?) in tow, and they're certainly glad to have her. And despite those bells, she can move awfully quiet sometimes... It's... Strange...
Kelasia: Asia has a knack for finding hidden treasures... As she and Acierta often play together, it is no surprise that she too is part of Loyalty Unending 2. And with her comes her brother, Deimos is never far behind!
Darken's Crew:
Anijak: Ani was an unwanting participant in his own introduction to L.U.2. He wanted no part of the club his sister raved about. If she was there, he couldn't play pranks and if he couldn't play pranks, he was going to be so bored.
Nikalo: Just came with his sister one day. He sat next to the StarFalls that whole first day, a small smile on his face. Which he wouldn't explain. To anyone. Nik is often at the cove for no apparent reason and tries to keep it peaceful there.

The Good Old Days:Latonia de la Courtel Rp in the Main Thread! 650-656
Aki snatched her tail away with a laugh, and the yelped in surprise, as he sped away.
"HEY! THAT'S NOT FAIR!" She laughed, tearing after him. "Sebastian!"
The plains grass tickled along her sensitive sides as she sped after him, gravel and dirt sliding away beneath her paws like she was floating more than running. The wind sand over her earflakes, bringing with it the call of herds and hunt, and the feel of Sebastian ahead of her.
"I'm gonna catch you!"
The sky was blue, as blue as Jadera's eyes as it flashed overhead, but as she raced along, it streaked with clouds and seemed to roil like an ocean. 'It is so grand to live here....' She thought as she neared Seb's tail.

Aki: I'll just run.. I'm faster than he is anyway.... Jade and I have a secret talking place.. I could go there until he's gotten tired of hunting for me...
Sab: ooo really? *gets up and tilts his head* so why don't we go there to chill for a while?
Aki: *stretches* Well.. Ok.. I don't think Jade will mind much... She'll prolly like you too, and Asiam. *She pauses to glanced around the Pride Lands* I hope he's alright.
Sab: *beams happily and nods while waiting to follow Aki* Who knows.... Seems your little brother doesn't like me.. but it doesn't bother me too much
Aki: *sets out at a trot* Well.. To be honest.. Mika doesn't like anyone.. *She sighs and shakes her head* He's not very social.. I'm rather surprised he didn't try to fight you or Asiam.. I thought for a moment he would. *As she moves along, she turned East, heading toward a section of trees, an oasis. *
Sabastian follows after Aki keeping to her pace. "I'm kinda surprised as well that he didn't fight also." He states while smiling and continuing to follow towards the trees.
Aki smiled. "Stay close.. Here's where it gets complicated."
With a final smile, she bounded into the knotted trees through a small opening, and threw herself into a run. Bounding over higher roots, scooting over others, she wove through vines and branches, a smile on her face.
Sabastian looks around and blinks, "thi... this is amazing." he stammers while smiling happily. "you were right, to find this place would take forever to try to seek it out.." he softly says while stretching his front paws a bit in the loose earth. Looking back towards Aki he smiles once more before leaning into the pool a bit to take a drink
Aki beamed and stretched out under a low tree, partially hidden behind its sweeping branches.
"Thank you.. Jade and I found it when we were exploring.."
She glanced at all the trees around her and the grass-bordered pool. "And its so lovely and peaceful.. I come here a lot to think."
After finishing his drink, Sabastian smiles while looking around once more, "It is a very wonderful and magical place Aki. Thank you for sharing it with me." he smiles while softly speaking. Settling down just a bit and finding a comfortable place to lay down he does so and gazes upwards to Aki while softly stating, "I hope you didn't get in too much trouble with your mother on my account yeterday."
Aki smiled and ducked her head, pawing at the ground for a moment. "Actually no.. I told her I had just wandered of while hunting, and run into you and Asiam, and then Mika appeared and dragged me home. She didn't know I was gone because she was out hunting at the time... So she didn't get a chance to get worried..."
She laughed. "So no.. I'm not in trouble."
Sabastian softly chuckles and nods, "Well that's good to hear." he say quietly. Still smiling he rested his chin on one of his paws while glancing around just a bit. "So peaceful indeed..." he softly whispered while getting comfortable.
Aki smiled at him, resting her head on her paws, and watched as he relaxed. The sound of the wind in the trees and the whispering water soothed her, and she could tell it was doing the same for Sabastian. This place meant so much to her, like his friendship already did, and she wanted to share it with him.
She was gland she had.
Sabastian watched her quietly for some time, he was really glad that he had 'ran into' her a few days back, Aki was one of the only females that he had me that was around his own age that didn't creep him out compleatly. Sabastian felt his stomach fluttering just a bit, he truly was comfortable around her and he wondered if she was as well.
"thi... this is so beautiful." he cooed while pawing lightly at the ground.
Aki smiled, feeling her heart lift. She glanced around again and nodded. Yes. This made up for the lack of a father, and a grumpy brother.. This place made her feel like her mother must have felt, a Queen, wild and roaming. Free.
She glanced at her companion. Sabastian. He made her happy.. Just being around.. Just laying about and talking to him was like paradise.
Sabastian smiled and just gazed on with pleasure. He felt stupidifed and words didn't seem to want to come that could in any way express his happiness.. so instead he scooted a bit closer towards Aki and cuddled up next to her
Aki purred and leaned over, resting her head on Sab's paws with a sigh. She rubbed his chest with her face, then settled, closing her eyes and relaxing. Her tail slid over and brushed his, curling around his haunches.
Smiling, he brushed his cheek across her ears softly while his tail softly curls around hers. This was truly happiness for Sabastian. He softly sighed with a smile and lightly licked the top of Aki's head while cuddling.
Aki purred and snuggled closer, eyes snapping open at the feel of an approaching lioness. She raised her head and shook her flakes.
"Jade." She whispered softly. "Sab.. Stay here won't you? I'm going to go greet Jadera."
With a smile she trotted toward to knotted trees and leaped into them, striding toward her best friend.
Jadera smiled at the sight of Akitana approaching her. "Hey! Aki! You're already here! Great.. So how's the water?"
Aki gave a little shrug and pawed at the ground. "Jadepleasedon'tgetmad but.. I.. IbroughtafriendinhereandhisnameisSabastian.. Andhe'sreallysweet.."
Jade blinked at Aki, deciphering what her friend had rambled. "Ohhh.. Sabastian.. You told me about him yesterday.." cool
Aki blushed. "Yeah."
Jade laughed and shouldered her friend. "Great.. I want to meet this Sab of yours.. Let's go..."
The pair of friend re-entered the hiding place, Aki trotting ahead to rub her cheek against Sabastian's. "Sabastian.. My Huntsister Jadera. Jade, this is Sabastian."
Jadera smiled and bowed her head. "Pleased to meet you."
At first Sabastian blinks out of confusion when Aki stood, but he nodded softly and smiled, "Sure...."
Sabastian stands and stretches a bit while watching Aki wander off and with a heavy yawn he sits and peers into the water, "th.. this is weird what I feel inside..." he muses to himself while waiting for his friend to return. "I wonder what it is..." he adds while staring at his reflection in the pool.
Sabastian smiled and turned when he heard Aki re-entering the little glen and cooed softly as he feelt aki's cheek to his own. "It is a pleasure to meet you Jadera.... Aki is such a sweet friend." he adds with a nod.
Jadera smiled as Aki and Sebastian greeted each other once more, nodding her head in agreement with his statement.
"Yes... She's my best friend." Jade agreed. "And it is an honor to meet you Sabastain.. Welcome to our Humble Hiding Place. Tis here that we come when we wish to escape life."
Aki beamed at her friend and sat, leaning on Sabastian slightly. "You're the sweet one."
"I... I don't blame you, its quiet and peaceful and absolutly lovely here..." he states as his tail lightly curls about Aki's behind them. "so you to say you're huntsisters... how fun I would assume... Tell me of your hunts." he smiles while trying to find something to talk about before his heart befuddles his mind again.
Aki smiled up at him as his tail found her's, shooting Jade a mischievious wink.
"We caught a Jackrabbit yesterday after Aki came back home. " Jadera beamed, crouching low and pouncing after a shadow as she spoke. "Momma let us go out alone, and wouldn't you know it! We were prowling through the grasslands and this great snake appeared out of nowhere.. It had come from the forest..."
Aki nodded. "It was incredibly long, and a very dark green. It startled us, so we moved away..."
"He was dreadfully angry." Jade continued. "Apparently the last time he tried to eat a cub, its mother attacked him.. So he was pleased as punch to see us alone... I know Rell is going to have a fit when we tell him!"
Aki took pity on Sabastian to explain. "Rellick, or Rell, is Jade's brother. He loves adventure, but is too close to his father-learning how to be a king- to come out and play with us.. So he misses all the fun."
"Anyway.. So while running from the snake, we made it to the far side of the Waterhole.. The really densly brushed corner where the hyenas are rumored to appear out of when they drink.... And there was a large rabbit there!" Her tail lashed the air in excitement. "So Aki raced at it, and I went around into the brush, and when it tried to get away! BOOM! We had it!"
"oh my.." Sabastian muses while trying to keep up with Jade's excitement, "You two seem to make quite a pair." he chuckles while nodding.
"I can understand Rellick's dislike for his training.... I guess Anubis wants me to train a bit more to lead a pride... But I donno to be honest... Havin fun is too enjoyable." he states and than glances over to Aki, "anywho, If I trained all the time I'd never have time to meet new friends."
Jade nodded and rolled onto a patch of grass, laying on her side and eyeing the pair.
"Well.. If you train all the time, to lead a pride, how will you meet those you want in your Pride?" She queried. "I dunno about Aki's Da.. But mine traveled all over the Pride Lands along with my aunt.. That's how he met my mom... And now he's a great King, and she is is Queen... And they have a large Pride."
She shrugged. "I think it should be balanced... Play and Training."
Sabastian nods and smiles while glancing to his side to Aki. "Well, Anubis isn't actually my father... he mostly adopted me to be honest... And he's good when it comes to understanding that i'm still young and enjoy playing out in the grasslands...." he states while glancing down to the ground then to Jade.
Aki ducked her head and shouldered Sabastian when he glanced at her, nodding in agreement with what Jadera said. Her own mother had told her of Ellidanio's adventures, and she envied the green lioness. She was overjoyed to be Elli's friend, and Jadera's... But she wanted to explore as her mother had, as Elli had... Meeting Sabastian surely was an adventure.. What else did the world hold for her?
Jade could see Aki's mind turning toward wandering again, for they had discussed it often. She smiled when her friend shook it off, and nodded reassuringly. 'We'll talk about it later.'
Sabastian stretched a bit and glanced between the two girls, "Do you want for me to leave you two to your privicy for a while?" he asked quietly while blinking a few times.
Aki purred and licked his cheek. "Nonsense... Jade's just reading my mind again..."
Jade laughed and trotted past them, leaping down to the Dream Pool. She layed at the edge and gazed into it, splashing at the water with a paw.
Sabastian nods and smiles "I see...." he states and glances over to Jade gazing into the water.... With an impish smirk he winks to Aki and moves his tail and then vanishes from sight only to sneek up behind Jade silently.
Very slowly he moved and drew closer to the other female and then with one quick motion he pushed her into the water playfully before reappearing above the water's edge.
Akitana shrieked and rolled with laughter as Jadera surfaced with a yowl.
The pale lioness reached over and grabbed Sabastian, pulling him toward the water's edge. "You next!"
Aki appeared behind Sab and gave him a helpful push, easing him into the water as Jade swam out of the way. "HAHA!"
The older lion yelps for a moment while being pulled in and then falls face furt into the water from the assistance of aki. Giving a small chuckle while resurfing he gazed up and then blew a raspberry at Aki as he gracefully swam through the water.
Aki laughed and pranced on the bank, eyeing him as his graceful form wound through the water. She ducked her head, prancing in place, then glanced to her best friend.
Jadera was laughing and swimming about, her eyes sparkling with humor. She splashed at Aki, then continued her swim.
Sabatian smiled and called up to Aki, "You should join us... the water is wonderful!" He glanced over to Jadera and smiled as well, "isn't that right?"
Jadera nodded, grinning at him. "Absolutely. Come on in Aki! Its nice and cool!"
Aki grinned, then sprinted, leaping toward the center of the pool and landing with a large splash. "LOOK OUT!"
Jadera screamed with laughter and ducked, avoiding most of the flying water by paddling away. "NICE ONE!"
Sabastian laughs and nods, "Very nice indeed..." he grins while circling around her slowly. "So peaceful and fun...." he adds while gazing upwards towards the perfect blue sky.
Aki smiled at him, flicking her tail and sending water droplets flying like a dozen diamonds. They struck the golden bank and emerald grass, and dried quickly. Overhead, the sky was growing cloudy, and the sun was moving toward it's western bed.
"We've been gone nearly all day..." She whispered. "Sometimes.. You lose track of time in here.. Its always so soft and unmoving... Time doesn't really seem to be passing by..."
"Yeah... Anubis is probably worried about me by now..." Sabastian sighs while swimming towards the edge of the small pond. "I should be headed back.... Will I get to see you again aki?" he asks softly as he blushes a bit.
Aki smiled and nodded. "Yes.. Of course.... "
She swam to the edge and climbed after him, brushing his cheek with her own. "Bye..."
Sabastian smiled and nodded while heading towards the only entrance and exit of this glade. "Then I shall see you sometime later Aki.. Takecare." he whispered and than bounded off to find Anubis.
"You too!" Aki called after him.
"Think he'll find his way out ok?" Jade muttered. "It's suppossed to be trickey... So no one can find us here."
"I think he'll just search for the sunlight.. That's how we found out our first time here.." Aki replied, glancing at her.
Jade nodded and climbed out, shaking the water from her coat. "Ok."Latonia de la Courtel Jadera sighed, stretching as she woke long before morning.. The sun was miles from rising, and the stars shone brightly above her. With a gentle shake, the little jade female slunk out from under her "Sleeping Tree"- the place she went when she wished to sleep outside of the Pride's den- and looked up at the sky.
Soft silver lights, strewn through an Indigo-Velvet sky blinked down at her. She smiled, blue eyes shining, then bowed low.
"Hail Kings of the Past." She whispered softly. "And thank you for watching over my family as they sleep."
Not far from where she stood, a group of lions dozed. With the barest glance Jade recognized the pale green form of her mother, the deep scarlet of her father, and the same scarlet of her brother Rellick. She grinned and trotted away from their sleep area, searching for Akitana.
Not far from where Rackna and his Pride slept, Illitashia and her cubs did the same. Jade smiled and slunk toward the rose lioness, halting when she noticed her friend, the Dusk Rose, was not present.
'She must have gone ahead.'
With another smile, Jade turned to the No-Lands, and sped to a soft, silente run. 'Comming Aki...'
Jadera trotted through the misty morning, in search of her friend. EchoLimaFoxtrot  Mora-Tau walked through the jungle. Every so often, a fern or plant would rub along her skin just the wrong way and scratch through her thing, decaying fur. She didn't feel any pain, but it annoyed the lionness. It wasn't like her body was regenerating!
Finally, she paused. Couldn't the greenery be a little nicer? "You had me once," Mora told the earth beneath her. "You will not have me now!"Latonia de la Courtel Scenting the wind, Jadera felt the comming of day like a warning drum in her heart. Without a thought, the sleek green lioness gave herself to the fleeing twilight, and leapt into a run, streaking toward the woods beyond No-Lands that would lead to her haven.
She sped through the No-Lands as though carried by the wind that stirred the grasses, and as the trees came into view, those that marked she neared her goal, she heard the faintest whisper of another lion.
Sliding to a stop and nearly sitting, the teen lioness glanced around.
"Hello?" She called out. "Hello?" EchoLimaFoxtrot Mora glanced up, scanning the area with her good eye. She caught sight of a green lionness and debated speaking up or not. If it came to a territory issue, she'd be in trouble. While she didn't feel pain, her body also wasn't very strong.
In indesicion, her wings betrayed her. They fluttered as they spread and resettled, giving away her position.
Well, then, that's decided. Mora could no longer stay hidden without being rude. Then again, who cared if she was rude. Getting stiffly to her feet, the undead demonic lionness stood.
"Hello..." Her voice was raspy and hollow, but obviously female. Latonia de la Courtel Jadera jumped at the sight of wings and then stepped closer as a soft, dry female voice drifted to her ears. She blinked deep blue eyes and stepped forward.
"I'm Jadera... Stranger.. May I ask your name?" She tilted her head slightly, hoping this odd lioness became a friend, not an enemy.
She was a demonic, that Jade could tell, and the thought excited her, because she had always wanted to learn about the other types of lions. Particularly the Demonic and Angelic. EchoLimaFoxtrot Mora stretched, her bones cracking out and then back in to place. Curses this body! She wanted her old body back... okay, she wanted the decay to stop and the perfection of life to return. But she could not change that.
"I am Mora-Tau... I think." The lionness pondered the name. Was that her name? Sure, it was not the name she had in life. "It is the only name I can remember, so yes... Mora-Tau." Latonia de la Courtel Jadera, always polite, bowed her nose to her feet.
"Greetings Mora-Tau.. You do not look well, is there anything I can do for you?"
She felt she should help this weary lioness, but the only thing she could do was offer... EchoLimaFoxtrot The zombie-lion almost snorted. It was only the sincerity in Jadera's voice that gave her pause. Of course, how could this lionness know that she was a creature of the undead, not alive anymore but not quite dead. Her body had died years ago, but yet here she was... back in it and all the glories of life in a dead body. What a pitiful excuse of life.
"No," Mora shook her head. "There is nothing you can do for me, except give me death. But I doubt you would be able to deal such a blow." She sighed heavily, breath escaping her rotted lungs. Latonia de la Courtel Jadera hung her head and took a step back.
"I am sorry then." She said softly. "Sorry that I cannot do anything for you.. But I can offer you friendship... If you would have it?"
She straightened and met Mora-Tau's empty gaze with blue eyes that burned with courage and honesty. EchoLimaFoxtrot Mora smiled, "It is not your fault, Jadera."
She walked forward and shook. She plants were tickling the few nerves she had left. Some flesh became dislodged and fluttered slightly from the motion, but, thankfully, none flew off.
"I accept your friendship," Mora bowed her head. "I would offer mine, but I cannot be too sure how lasting it would be." Latonia de la Courtel Jadera beamed. "I accept before you have the chance to offer."
She ducked her head slightly as though shy. "It will last forever, if you say so... No matter what, I shall be your friend."
The Jade Princess was soft-spoken, but loyal, and if she said she would be one's friend, forever more, than she would.
"Would you like to come meet another friend? And perhaps, relax by a pool of water?" EchoLimaFoxtrot Mora sighed, as if she was giving in to something, "Very well... friends!" Of course, she was relieved that this lionness offered friendship instead of 'oh my goodness, what is that hideous creature'.
She walked to get beside, if also a little behind, Jadera. "Sure, I will follow." Could she relax? Mora considered if the pool of water would maybe help ease some of her muscles... though not enough to tenderize them so much they fall off. She shuddered at the thought. Latonia de la Courtel Jadera smiled at Mora-Tau, then sped to a gentle jog. "I think the water has healing powers... As does Aki.. But neither of us are Shamans, so we really can't be sure.. But last time I had a sore foot, I went swimming... And..."
She glanced over her shoulder with a smile and a shrug. "It didn't hurt anymore! Drinking it soothed Aki when she wasn't feeling well.. Perhaps its magic afterall... " EchoLimaFoxtrot Mora smiled. It could be magic... or the power of belief. She knew both fairly well. Dead lionnesses don't just walk around and talk, now do they? But generally, good magic would not permit such a thing. She had to have been brought back by bad magic, and if this water was good magic, would it destroy the bad magic that kept her animated?
"I will be sure to try it, then." The zombie cheered in her mind. Either the water would kill or, or maybe help her... she didn't quite know. Whatever happened, it would be better than this! Latonia de la Courtel Jadera beamed and danced about. "GREAT!"
She laughed, and then trotted on, to the wall of dark greenery ahead. An impossible, imposing sight, trees wound thick and tight, their branches blocking out the sun, massive roots tangled, vines hanging everwhere, rocks and bushes blocking the ground.
"It's in here." Jade continued, approaching the black forest. EchoLimaFoxtrot The zombie paused at the sight of the dark forest. It didn't look daunting to her, but very dangerous to her horrible flesh. She would have to be careful, weeding her way through it with touching as little as possible.
If she still had saliva, it would have clumped, and Mora would have gulped it down nervously. Instead, the lionness nodded, "Lead the way..." Latonia de la Courtel Jadera gave a nod and a smile, then turned back to the woods. With a little nudge she pushed aside a bush, revealing a circular entryway formed by tangled roots. Her tail held the brush aside as she inched through the entryhole, and she held the bush out for Mora to follow her.
Beyond the small entryway was a short passageway, seemingly blocked by a wall of roots and vines. Jade approached it next, nosing aside the vines and bounding over the root-wall.
"When you get through...." She called to Mora from the other side. "If you just flick the roots with your tail, they will fall back into place."

Continued:Latonia de la Courtel Akitana sat at the border of the DreamPool, staring down into the water. As dark and deep as it was, it appeared to be reflecting the night sky, even though it was near dawn. Still velvety black, and indigo, scattered with stars, her soft rose and grey coat was very noticeable against the dramatic background.
'He's back.' She thought with a smile. 'He's come home...'
Her mind was on Sabastian... And her heart was joyous. UbastianJade Amaree walked in, looking around, almost a little scared. "Hey... what's going on?" Latonia de la Courtel Akitana leapt up out of the pool's sunken hiding place and through the grass, running over to greet her friend.
"Amaree!" She called joyfully with a giggle, brushing the other cub's cheek with her own. "How are you! You made it here ok? Didn't get lost in all the woods, did you?"
Her face clouded in concern. UbastianJade "No..." Amaree looked a bit frightened. Her last little adventure in the woods hadn't ended quite so well. She almost died. But she trusted her friends enough to make it there. "I like this place... it's pretty... kind of scary, but pretty... are you sure it's not dangerous...?" darklittleangel Slowly making his way back with extream caution, Sabastian makes the difficult to travel passage and than pulls his body up to the glade that not too long ago Aki had shown to him. Stretching he gazed up to greet the newly rising sun and smiled as he wondered if the girls were around or not.. or of weather they were somewhere hiding within the grass. Latonia de la Courtel "Absolutely, positively, one-hundred percent sure Amaree." Aki smiled. "No worries at all here... Just plants, and Jade and I.. Perhaps the occassional guest."
She glanced at the sky, sighing in dissappointment. "Dawn will be here soon."
She felt bad she had made Amaree come here before daybreak, after her last adventure in the woods...
"Next time Amaree... If you want.. Roar and I'll come escourt you through the woods, if you want." She offered.
A feeling, rather than sound, alerted her to another presence. She glanced around.
"Sab?" She called, afraid to get her hopes up. "Sab.. Are you here?" darklittleangel After hearing his name being called, Sabastian's ears perk with excitement and happiness as he moves towards the direction he heard her call from, "It is me indeed!" he calls back while springing through the air in preperation to pounce the dusty-rose coloured lioness. Latonia de la Courtel Akitana yelped and giggled as he pounced her, rolling across the clearing and licking his face. She smiled and purred loudly.
"I missed you!" She laughed, batting at him playfully. "I was worried you weren't going to come see me after all!" darklittleangel Sabastian laughed while playing back with his friend, "I told you i'd visit you here again..." he giggled while batting back lightly before pouncing back just a bit to free his once captive friend. "why would I have lied to you?" he adds with a grin. Latonia de la Courtel Aki laughed and leaped to her feet, batting at him and giggling.
"No you wouldn't... At least, not if you knew what was good for you!" She gave him a wicked smile.
Sunlight was trickling into the clearing through the branches. The dappled light glinted of Sabastian's ghostly coat, and dazzled Akitana's eyes for a moment.
She blinked and sat down, trying to focus. "You don't even have to do the Not-Seen trick..." UbastianJade Amaree nodded to Aki in agreement. "I'll go to the edge of the woods and roar for you. You'll meet me there and get me here safely? I'd appreciate it. My mom doesn't like me going into the woods anyway. But I'm glad it's safe." She sat down and started to lick one of her paws before Sebastian showed up. Amaree stood up and yelped at seeing the ghostly lion. "Hey... w-who are you?" darklittleangel Sabastian batts lightly once more at Aki and than tilts his head, noticing her stance. "Your right about that.... you Lionesses can be scarry at times and I'd never want to see that..." he smiles and than tilts his head. "You okay?" he asks quietly. darklittleangel Sabastian glances over to Amaree and smiles, "I appologize miss that we have never met before." he states with a charming smile, "My name is Sabastian, Aki and I are close friends, and you are?" he adds while glancing from Amaree to Aki for a moment. UbastianJade Amaree blushed and did a squatty bow. "Nice to meet you. I'm Amaree. I'm Princess of the Clow pride. Are you... are you alive?" She wondered, venturing to paw at him. She had never seen anything like Sebastian, so she wasn't sure what to make of it. darklittleangel Sabastian smiled softly while sitting back on his haunches, his head bowed slightly as he greeted Amaree, "It is a pleasure to meet you.." he smiled. While feeling the curious female pawing at him he lightly licks her paw and nods, "Alive..." he laughs, "very much so... as alive as you are... i'm just a bit different." he says while his body from the neck down becomes transparent as if prooving his point of how different he was. Latonia de la Courtel Aki gave herself a little shake, glancing down at her paws for a moment to gain her bearings. When she did so, she noticed her claws were longer, as were her flakes. She stood, and stretched, then beamed.
"I GREW!" She danced about for a moment. "I'm bigger!"
She laughed and pounced at Sabastian. darklittleangel Sabastian couldn't help but stare in amazement at Aki. he felt kinda bad for staring but he couldn't help feeling a bit dumb founded and joyful all at the same time. "yo... you did!" he stammered and than smiled as in the back of his mind added "she does grow more and more beautiful everyday... maybe Anubis was right." Latonia de la Courtel Aki laughed and bounded about, spinning in a circle and eyeing her friends once more, joy dancing in her gaze. She laughed and pawed at the ground, shaking her head and letting the wind hiss over her flakes. With it, the wind brought her tales of a grazing herd beyond the woods, and the slow approach of Jadera, as well as another guest.
Akitana trotted over to Sabastian, rubbing his shoulder and neck, when she encountered a thick, soft mane dancing over her shoulder. "SAB! YOU DID TOO!"
She jumped back and eyed him, the soft glow of his mane, the ghostly appearance of his strong body. He was stunning, and her heart jumped at the sight of him. 'He's so unbelievable handsome.' darklittleangel
While stretching slightly, Sabastian caught a glimps of a much larger paw below his head. With intreague he sits back and lifts the paw to examin it; Much larger and longer claws adorn it and its pads have grown larger and thicker as well. "hrm... indeed it does look that way..." Sabastian muses while shaking his mane hair just a bit. "It... is intresting. I feel no different...." he adds while staring down at his shadow with intreague.. the back of his mind pondering what lay ahead for him and Aki in the world.Latonia de la Courtel Aki laughed. "But you look different!"
She trotted to the pool and peered down at her reflection. "Come see?"
The sun sent a golden ray of light down onto the water, lighting it into a pool of firey gold.
'Sunrise.' Aki thought. 'Mika will be heading to his new kingdom today, and mother with him... What will I do then?'

Beyond the small entryway was a short passageway, seemingly blocked by a wall of roots and vines. Jade approached it next, nosing aside the vines and bounding over the root-wall.

Mora walked by, flinching from the branches when they shifted a little. She hoped they wouldn't fling on her and slice away her skin. Jade smiled at the lioness and led on, arriving in the center of the glade with a sigh. As always, the dappled sunlight kept the area cool and lit, and gave of a soothing feel. All the plants were a lush, deep green, and it seemed to have just rained, for the grass was still damp.
On graceful paws, Jade pranced toward the pool, smiling encouragingly. "Up for a drink?"
((Aki Update: Aki is an adult, and has had 4 cubs with Sab! Her mother and Brother have been in Desert Kingdom... And she and Sab have begun Dawn's First Light... Illitashia just had a litter of 3 by Willy Wonka! Aki has more siblings Yay! ))
Akitana crept slowly along the paths, making her way to the glade. She moved with a careful, hesistant but silent step, eyeing the world around her. Her children and mate were at home, but she missed her best friend. EchoLimaFoxtrot Mora plopped on the ground in the middle of the glade in relief. It took her awhile before she could look up and appreciate the view. It was very beautiful, much better than her reflection; that was for sure.
Grudgedly, the zombie got to her paws and nodded, "Sounds like a plan!" Mora went to follow Jade. Latonia de la Courtel Jadera smiled at the zombie lioness and led the way to a wall of emerald grass, which stood higher than her head. She gave a gentle laugh and stepped through, parting it easily with her tail should Mora want to follow. A few paces beyond the ground dropped at least the height of a lion, and the Dream Pool shimmered in the soft light. Jadera could smell the cool water, and inhaled deeply.
This was home.
((Update!
Ok! Rellick (Jade's brother) had 2 cubs with Amaree! Jadera has shown Naharia (the green daughter) the way to the Hideout!

Jadera carried her niece through the maze of trees, depositing her in the clearing at its heart. She smiled down at the little green cub, marked with gold and scarlet, and then eyed the area. She hadn't actually entered here in a long time, and she could tell that Akitana hadn't either.
"This is my Sanctuary." She told the little femme. "Akitana and I found this place when we were your age... And we have brought very few friends here..."
Naharia nodded in understanding, toddling over to the grassy wall that hid the treeline from her view. She poked her head through the grass, eyeing the tangle of branches, roots, trunks, vines and brush that prevented most lions from entering the area.
"Can I bring friends here?"
Jadera nodded. "But only those you most trust, do you understand? Swear them to secrecy..."
Naharia nodded. "I will.."

Loyalty Unending's Beginning: Latonia de la Courtel Naharia settled just within the maze, peeking through the branches over the seemingly unending grassy plains. This land was beyond the Pride Lands, even beyond the Outlands of the 'Dark Lions'. Here were the lands no lion would come to, unless they had a reason.
Naha had been given this reason by her aunt. This maze, a dark wall of twisted trees and vines and rocks; held a great secret. The DreamPool, surrounded by a wall of grass and situated within a small meadow shaded by weeping willows. Here Jadera and Akitana had brought a select few... Here Naha would share with her band of friends, the lion cubs who called themselves Loyalty Unending.
And now she waited for them to appear.
Laying a few paces away from her Niece's position, Aritania kept watch. Her sister, Jadera, had shown her the way as well, before Naha had seen it in fact. When Naharia had asked the Elegant Garnet to join Loyalty Unending, Tania had been only too thrilled to accept. She had actually approved Naha's idea to show the hideaway to L.U. and agreed it would be a wonderful place for the group to meet. When she had spoken of the secret place to Issaria, the Solar Princess had surprised her. Issa's mother had shown her the path to the DreamPool, and so she was there too.
The newest member of Loyalty Unending, Issaria lay with barely contained aticipation. Amused by the antics of the younger cubs, she and Aritania had decided to welcome them into the Dream Pool, and lead them through the DarkGrove that surrounded it, even welcome them back whenever they wanted. So they were now 'in', and considered the Guardians of this secret place.... "I think I see Sunny..."
Sun Star was the first to get away, and trek the long path to where Naharia said they should meet. It was sunset when she did finally get away from her Pride, but she smiled and slunk away without trouble. Sunny was used to the intrigues and games, the sneaking away, it was fun. She lived for the mystery and danger of their newest meeting place, one Naha had sworn them all to secrecy for. "What have you got in store for us Naha?"
Inishiro crept away from his Pride Lands, halting at the river to meet with Lilac Wish. They shared a smile and set out, the blue male setting the pace. Ini was growing fond of the games, and he lived for the secrets of the group. Waterfall Cove was his place of Guardianship, and he had been thrilled to share it with his friend, although nervous. Now that Naharia was about to share her family's secret place, he couldn't wait to see.
Lilac Wish trotted along at Inishiro's side, alert and alive with happiness. She loved the adventures she got to have with Loyalty Unending, and sneaking out of Rose Wings Pride Lands in the middle of the night to run off with one of her dear friends made it all the more amusing. They were off for an adventure! A hidden place in the middle of a secret wood! A world beyond the Pride Lands, beyond the OutLands, in the midst of the NoLands where lions almost never went. And that's where they were headed.

Acierta frowned to herself as she approached the looming woods. She knew the way... But still.. The trees always gave her pause. She couldn't see the sky when she was in their midst.
She could feel it.. But it was not the same.
"Ready, brother?" She mumured over her shoulder, and without waiting for an answer, she dove into the maze.
Citali lay in the grove that was the heart of the lost cove. She was perched on a natural rock formation that provided enough room for her and Kelasia comfortably, and would probably even fit her as a grown lioness... Not that she was in a hurry to get there. She was enjoying her larger cub form just fine.
"I'm sure Acierta will be here soon, Kelasia." She said soothingly, tossing her head and making her bells chime charmingly.
Kizrain was peeking through the high grass down at the Watching Pool. He longed to slink down and see the water, but feared what it would reflect back to him. What if it wasn't anything good? Torn, the Spring Prince stayed where he was. Rump where the girls could see his twitching tail, nose hanging just over the incline that lead to the pool.
"All will be well." Kelasia murmured, though she was half unsure who she spoke to. Citali? Kizrain? The woods themselves?
Fayth knew... "I believe the others are approaching."
