It has been suggested by many that we have a guild cleaning. First, we will have a member cleaning. The thing is, we will notify the inactive members [ especially those who have long been invited in the guild but still have no posts ] and unless they post [ i think we should give them a deadline .. ] .. they will get banned from the guild. As for the forum cleaning, we will clear the main forums of all threads. But still, we need permission, especially from those who own the threads. Is it okay for you? Please follow the format and no chatting allowed here. This works more like a petition.
NAME :
THREAD TITLE : [ if you have a thread, and it's necessary. ]
FORUM CLEANING OR MEMBER CLEANING : [ or you could write both. if you are a crew, we will assign you to FORUM CLEANERS if you said yes to forum cleaning and to MEMBER CLEANERS if you choose the latter .. we will only assign you to one thing anyway .. you can't do both .. ]
ALL POSTS IN MAIN FORUM : [ this is quite hard to explain but easy to answer. LOL . This is answerable by a YES OR a NO. If you answered FORUM CLEANING, you have to choose if we should delete all threads in the main forum or one by one (only the nonsense and double threads for one topic ) ]
